Speaking of digital scrapbooking - someone asked pages and pages ago what I used. Most of what I did was in Microsoft Picture It! The older version I had I used a lot and really liked it. Then about a year and half ago I got a newer version and don't like it as well. Of course then I got into more traditional scrapbooking so it didn't matter as much.

Mark and I were just talking at Best Buy the other day that after the cruise I may look for something new.

Mary - we have Microsoft's Digital Image Pro and I really like it. Best Buy often has it on sale with rebates which makes it affordable. I also have photoshop but am really not that good with it.... Image Pro seems to be user friendly!

That took chutzpah on the guard's part. Thank goodness those incidents are few and far between.

We noticed that we were asked for ID at the Boardwalk in September everytime we used the guard shack. Even with the room placard on the dash. It was annoying when you are sitting with your ID in your back pocket.

What time is everyone getting to the port?

I think those of us on the party bus should be getting there about 10 or so.

I think that might be to alleviate some of their parking problems???

Our plan is to leave BCV a little before the bus does but that is subject to change :)

Awww Julie - we were hoping you and Matt would be standing there with big Mickey hands waving good-bye to us as wel pulled away!

Usually between 11:30 - 11:45.

What we've done in the past is just mingle in the new terminal which is easy with the new boarding system. Amy will be bringing the DIS sign so look for it and join the party. It really makes the time go fast!

I am home from work ... NO PACKAGES for me today....
24 pages to catch up on , but I cant.... Have to go to soccer practice and I am sure by the time I get home there will be 25 more......

It is going to be a LONG night....

See ya real soon....

Rochelle - hey we are in Keller!!! I am excited you are thinking of doing the CJ as we'll be close. I think Robin may do it as well so now we'll have a contingent in the North Texas area. I didn't do it last year (too much going on) but I am going to this year and the sign up is normally here on the thread after the cruise.

We are a little east if Dallas. Robin mentioned the DIS meets, so I'm going to try to make the next one.

Our plane lands at 10 something and then we are riding a cruiseline bus out to the port so not sure when we will get there!

I have another question about pirate night. Do they still give out the bandannas? Last year we were in Palo for pirate night and missed out.

WDWLVR said:
Yes at least they did back on the Magic in May. There weren't the red half ones that said Pirates In the Caribbean. Instead they were black and white generic ones like from Oriental Traiding.

Last month they gave out the black & white ones, so I would guess that they will give those out on our cruise too.

I am going to my first official meeting tonight. The Kankakee Valley Fire Chiefs Association :firefight meeting. Sounds impressive doesnt it. :teeth:

I have been to a few before but not as an actual member. Should be an okay meeting but I will miss out on a LOT of Dis posting time.

See you all when it is over

We got nice Red and Black ones in January . Too bad they must have changed them.

I think I'll be at there around 8:30-9:00 AM ish.

Part of the earling morning parking lot party.
( don't ask me why I am going so early - husband is driving. )

Did anyone else get an e-mail from their guide with helpful hints for their upcoming visit?

Pretty cool that even included a link to click on and take a virtual tour of where we are staying.

This is the first time I've gotten this.
