BTW - Diana needs about the same number of posts I do to get to her 4000 mark. We can shoot for it together!

I was just going to say the same thing! Keep posting! Keep posting!

I have an old VHS copy of Grammar Rock and America Rock....too bad it's not DVD or we could do karaoke at the DIS meet!

I'd need to have a few drinks before I'd start doing karaoke! :drinking1: :drinking1:

I worry about that constantly, and I'm really confused by Ann Marie and Annmarie!!!! :confused3

Don't worry about that. They even spelled my name wrong on my high school diploma. It took three tries for them to get it correct!

There are currently three or four (depending upon how you look at it) in my department and we all spell our names a different way - Annmarie, Ann Marie, Anne Marie and Annamarie. Anne Marie was hired two weeks ago and the senior VP asked if there are people with any other names that can be hired because he is getting very confused. The funny thing is I've reported directly to him since 2001 and he still can't spell my name correctly! I guess as long as it's spelled correctly on my paycheck I'm okay! Oh yeah, I forgot . . . I don't get a check any more . . . direct deposit is a wonderful thing!

Readers Digest version for me today. I'm still hoping that Amy will surpass me in the post counts.

Ann Marie, AnnMarie, Annmarie -- they always confuse me too. That has to be the weirdest coincidence in this entire thread that there are two couples with the same first names. Who would have thought, although I hear from my guide that there is another member with the same name as mine -- both first and last.

My guide told me there is another member with my first and last name too but she spells her first name wrong! :rotfl2:

Looks like I'm here all by myself! Thanks for all of your kind words, pixiedust: and prayers! I really appreciate it. Annmarie

They are easy to tell apart. Ann Marie is married to Tom and Annmarie is married to Tom. :lmao:

:cheer2: Congratulations on post #400! Go Tina! :cheer2:

Yes! I can believe that! My dad was very close to Tom before we got married. One night we went to my parents' house to watch a hockey game and my dad turned to me and said, "If anything ever happens between you and Tom I want you to know something." I responded what would that be and my dad said, "We're gonna miss you around here!"

I couldn't believe he said that to me! Everyone laughed but sometimes I thought he may have been serious!

My Dad did something like that to my sister. He told one of her boyfriends that just because he and my sister weren't dating anymore does mean he couldn't still come over to the house.

Here we go folks, it's Gum Time right from the get go.

UTOP for page 1400!!

Getting very close to a milestone!

I got a pack of HUBBA BUBBA for ya Curt!

I'm so Excited!

Thanks to a fellow Dis'r who unfortunately had to cancel out on the Med Repo but was kind enough to contact me to see if I wanted her cabin!?!

Well it looks like a done deal!

The only reason why I booked was to get a Murphey Bed in the Living Room for DD but wasn't lucky enough, until now to get one!

Now I can go off tonight to see WICKED!

I was out most of the day today. I was able to snag a last minute Accupuncture appt. and I'm feeling so much better already. Some people it works for and some people it doesn't, I hope it doesn't stop working for me, since it's been the only thing that's really helped my fibromyalgia. Next on the list was Xmas tree shops for river rocks for a vase I have. No luck (and $20 spent on stuff I didn't need, LOL) but Michaels happens to be next door so I tried there..VOILA. The only problem is I had to go past the lady demoing the Cricut. WOW! I resisted though so she showed me the Sizzix next and I resisted that too, I'm so proud of myself. I only bought the river rocks..YAY! Those machines are really nice though if you can afford them. OH BTW, I got another scrapbook at Xmas tree for $5, it has a beach themed cover and sissors and glue and some paper and stickers in it..couldn't resist for the $5. I think it will be my circle journal if I decide I can do it.

Hey guys - I'm making progress on cleaning up the house for the party. We just have SO much clutter around here and part of my problem is that I'm still in the process of cleaning up my scrapbook room, that I moved a BUNCH of stuff into the dining room, while I was organizing. So, sadly, I have to move it all back into piles in the office for this party. Anyway, the rest is going smoothly. The bathroom is clean, Emily and Madison's rooms are clean (just need to be vacuumed). I'm picking up toys and the house has been dusted (I hate dusting, probably because there is a layer of dust everywhere :confused3 ). All the food for the party has been made and the goodies bags are done. I filled up the pinata (Emily insisted on a pinata - because she's had one the past 2 years - I couldn't convince her that it didn't necessarily go with the tea party theme, but she just didn't care.) Well, back to the grindstone!!!

This was my favorite of the Schoolhouse Rocks. I can still picture the animation in my mind. I bought my DD's a Schoolhouse Rocks CD when they were growing up, and when I played it for them they looked at me like I had 3 heads or something. They just didn't get it!

I bought my son the anniversary CD last year (YES, the one in Law School), he LOVED schoolhouse rock growing up.
