Welcome Michael and Marc! Hopefully Marc will have a better cruise this time.

enterance is spelled entrance

Gary - thanks but I thought I fixed that one. Cindy caught it. Are you looking at the copy I gave Cindy yesterday or the one I put up? Thought between Cindy and I we had caught all the typos but if anyone finds any let me know soon. Printing will be starting.

Thanks! :)

I can't remember but thought I read it somewhere or maybe it's just my imagination but was tipping included in our cost of the trip? Or do we still tip like we would on a regular cruise trip? :confused3

Sorry if this has been talked about but I don't get a chance to get on this thread too often.

TIA :wave2:

WINNER
With a barn burning:firefight time of just 24 minutes, cutting her own husband's time in HALF the winner of challenge #4 is Mary. Coming in a close second (no more being the butt of a joke) is Gary.

Ok folks - I'm digging deep into my video library. Next one WILL take awhile. Stay tuned.

Shoot! I am a day late and a dollar short! What's a girl to do I had to eat:confused3

I'm pretty sure we were told on booking day that tips were included, but can't find it in writing anywhere.

Feeling better. Not trying to overdo things still.

Thanks Cheryl. It actually wasn't bad, and by the time services were over (26+ hours after starting the fast) I really wasn't that hungry. :confused3

How are you feeling?

There was a glass bottom boat I believe. Not sure maybe ask when you check in?

I could have sworn I saw a Castaway Cay Island Cruise listed--but it's no longer a choice.
Is there such a thing, and if so how can I get wait-listed for it?

::yes:: Don't know if it's the same cruise or not, but we are doing the glass bottom boat on Monday morning. It was about the only excursion we could do on CC with Ian, but I'm really looking forward to it.

Ok folks the gloves are off. Karen saw that I was taking pity on you all and she told me no more kidding around. So she picked out this image.

For the folks just joining in on the tread and for those just coming back from reality all are WELCOME. Put your thinking caps on cause here we go for round #5

MOVIE CHALLENGE #5
The Rules:

(1) The pic will be posted on odd numbered days (since it was aptly pointed out that we are all a little odd) sometime before NOON. Several DisSers have expressed interest but are prohibited from checking in at work so I MIGHT post it early, just depends if I am working and/or awake....

(2) NO HINTS – Karen may relent and force me to give a clue later.

(3) The first DisSer to post the correct answer wins.

(4) Limit one guess per screen name per day.

WE GOT OUR DOCS TODAY!

CONGRATS TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE HIT MILESTONES,

I've been so busy trying to organize our Women's Association Fall Festival that I haven't even tried to keep up on the boards! Thank goodness the festival is on the 14th, so everything will be over and done with. Tomorrow night is our annual membershiip meeting, so I'll be sure to get some volunteers lined up for the crafts and games booths!

Bye for now!

It's so cool to know there are so many scouts onboard. My 10 year old David is also in scouts and looks like he'll be hanging out with some good company! party: :cool1:

I'll say Mighty Ducks for #5. Sorry for coming in soooooooo late with my guess for #4 but just excited to be part of it all.

Just wanted to drop a hello from Southern California. Marc and I are REALLY looking forward to this cruise. We've popped in to visit this thread ever since the phone-call derby began last year. It was from the thread that we noted we could call the 407 number instead of the toll-free number, and "poof" we were in!

It's been fun doing the drop-in-read-and-dash-back-out viewing, but I thought it was time to at least say hello to y'all! Looking forward to a flight on the 21st, a night at the Hyatt, and then 4 WONDERful days at sea.

Wishing all well!

Michael (and Marc!)

:welcome:
Glad to see you posting!

My DS Ben (yes he is 7) LOVES the Magic Tree House Series too. We went to Borders last weekend and bought him another one, he had to line up all the ones we have so he can figure out what he is missing. He has also been bringing home a MTH book from the school library every week. My impression is that they won't have time to read on the cruise - do they have books in the Oceaneer lab and club?

Chris

You know what. I don't know if they have books in the clubs. :confused3
