Sexist... really looking at the poor man as a piece of meat. He'll catch cold with all the clothes you have him NOT wearing.
Actually, he probably wouldn't be as cute with his clothes off!!! :rotfl2:

If case you all didn't realize it - we are less than 70 posts away from another milestone!
Ok, we really are chatty, huh?!?!? I bet that we make it to 25000 by the time we cruise at this rate!!! :rotfl2:

ETA: So, I checked and we just hit 21,000 posts on Saturday afternoon, so at that rate, we'll have NO problem getting 25,000!!!

We were in about 6 costume stores yesterday and they all stunk like gasoline. The girls are going to dress like Elizabeth from POTC if their costumes come in time. We ordered them off E-bay from England. I sure hope they make it. Tom tried on a few yesterday but they were way too short. I think we are going to make t-shirts for pirate night and wear them to MNNSHP.
I think I need to go out and get us costumes...we were wearing pirate tshirts to dinner...is this ok???

We met the head chef Velu on the last Member Cruise when we took a tour of the Galley (sp). Once you meet Steve (fireplug) and my dh John, you'll understand how it was easy for someone to remember them!

That could be the nicest thing you have ever said about me

Just from reading about other peoples experiences here.

You can bet when I go back to the store tonight, I'll be opening and sniffing the package before I head home. :rotfl2:

Don't be surprised if you get some very strange looks from the other customers :lmao:

That's all we are wearing. Our goal for this trip is to pack light and since we aren't doing MNSSHP we aren't bringing costumes.

Hey a UTOP with Tina and pirate shirts!

PDFG and all who need it!

Our pirate outfits are super easy and were super cheap. We have long black skirts for myself and the girls and then my mom made Chris a pair of basic black pants that we cut jagged on the bottom. Then, I took plain white t-shirts and cut the sleeves and bottoms jagged and we tied a long red sash around the waist. Instant pirate-type costumes. I was going to cut up the neck of the t-shirts and then get some leather cord to "lace" up the front "V". Does that make any sense? But I didn't have time to do it last year. Maybe I'll try to get that done before we leave this year.
Those sound awesome...and very easy to make...I think I will try this for us!!

Anyone have a good packing list? Maybe it could be emailed, PM'd or whatever. Mine is now in a weird file that cannot be accessed (DH was messing with the computer and all my word files went to .SXM then I changed them back to .DOC and they are nothing but gibberish.Otherwise, I will wing this trip and make up another packing list for December.

Heck I am still making and cancelling ADR's for the December trip. This is what I have for palces to eat during our Christmas trip. We are staying at BCV. Feedback is always appreciated. These are all for dinner but the last day.

12-21 Teppanyaki
12-22 LTT or 1900 Park fare (have tickets for MVMCP)
12-23 Mama Melrose's (Fantasmic Package)
12-24 Le Cellier
12-25 Les Chefs De France
12-26 Artist Point for 19th Wedding Anniversary
12-27 Coral Reef
12-28 Cape May (breakfast)

Christmas is Disney world...its my dream...someday it will come true...my mom is a big Christmas person and would flip if we were not home for Christmas! All of your ADR's sound great...I like LTT over 1900 park fare...the girls have more fun at LTT!!

"MAN BURSTS INTO FLAME AT MAGIC KINGDOM DURING MICKEYS NOT SO SCARY HALLOWEEN PARTY - FILM AT 11?"

Granted I would not put it past the newsies, but that is just not something I care to see... ick!

Since he went out of his way that whole cruise for us, we won't forget him. Now, I ran across a LOT of fantasic CMs on DCL, but I don't necessarily remember their names.

We definitely remember our server on our last DCL cruises in 2001 and 2003. We had Zoran in 2001 and he really made our trip special. When we walked into the dining room the first night of our 2003 cruise, we saw Zoran and he came over and gave Judy a big hug. When we first found out we didn't have his table we were disappointed, until we found out that we had his with Andrea instead. What a pleasant surprise.

Reminds me of the security guard who rolled her eyes at me when we were staying at VWL. Unacceptable -- period. :furious:

Cindy - that sounds like a story in itself. Whatever would cause a security guard to react like that?

I believe Mary has family in Delaware she is going to see, then as Diana said up to AC for the concert. She then heads to Virginia to pick up her room mate Karen, and then down to WDW! That Mary sure does a lot of diving. :drive:
