Robin & SM: Where do you get your smilies???? I seems to have an affliction for them too. PLEASE SHARE YOUR SECRETS....

I've been collecting smilies I like for a few years now. If there's something I like but doesn't quite fit, I'll modify it. And in some instances I'll just make my own from scratch. (I keep them on website so I can use at will.)

See, here's the thing, Hooters here in central FL is just a regular restaurant. You see families with little kids, groups of ladies, older couples, all kinds of people. I guess because it started just a few miles away from us, it's been around SO long that it's just another restaurant. Heck, at the one by our house, we've been going there SO long that the hostess always comes over to talk to the girls are remembers when Madison was just a baby.

Heck, my first date with Chris was in college and it was a double-date and they took us to Hooters. I had never heard of it, since I was coming from Chicago (way before Hooters had expanded everywhere). Anyway, I know that a LOT of people don't like it or the concept, but it's not a big deal here.

I have nothing for or against Hooters, I just don't like wings. I think they're too much work for too little meat. Have fun with them tonight, if that's where Emily finally decides to go.

Then you've never eaten wings with Chris. Seriously, he has an art to eating chicken wings and now I've been converted. Most people only want the drummettes, but we only get what Hooters calls "flappers". Chris has a way of pulling out the bones that leaves you just the meat. Now, that's all that my whole family will eat (now that we know the secret).

And, my guess is that Emily will change her mind (again). She's a true woman and has a great knack for changing her mind up until the last minute.

Maybe not so guilty as charged...

I only have ~210 posts on this thread.

The reason being, a lot of time, and you've all seen it, the posts from one of the two of us winds up being a carbon copy of the other's. So to say those 2K plus posts are entirely Mary.... sometimes they're after us talking about something, then a post happens. Not to take credit from her, but we are very much two halves of a coin on many, many levels. You can't really find much of a 'his' or 'hers' in our lives.

We have seen Chris do this -- in fact, he was teaching Cameron how to do it last time we ate at Ohanas. I just asked Cameron if he remembered and he gave me the step by step instructions. I guess Chris is quite a good teacher.
