Good morning everyone!! We had fun at WDW yesterday. We left the house when it was still dark, so that we had plenty of time to get to MK. We arrived around 8:20am, but since it was an early entry morning, they weren't letting anyone without a resort ID onto the monorail, so we had to wait until 8:40am. We got on the 1st monorail over, then to guest services to renew our annual passes. We got in line over at the barbershop for haircuts, but unfortunately, there was a family in front of us that had about 8 people getting haircuts. So, it did take a while. After that, we rode Snow White's Scary Adventure, Cinderella Carousel, & Small World. We also went to go meet Ariel in her grotto in between rides. Then, we headed to lunch at Columbia Harbor House and then we split up. Chris and Emily headed to Haunted Mansion, and Madison and I went to ride Pooh. Then, we met back up and the girls rode the Tea Cups with Chris. We headed out of the park, but not before buying an adorable Disney Precious Moments figurine that I've been eyeing!!

Then, we headed over to the outlet mall, so we could find Chris a couple pairs of shoes and some new pants, since he's headed to Boston today for the next week. The girls napped while we did this, and then we went over to BWI to meet my friend from college and her kids. We visited while the kids and Chris swam in the pool. Then, we all headed to DTD for some dinner. The kids got McDonald's and the adults got some sandwiches from Earl of Sandwich. Then, they played in the LEGOs for a while and we headed home around 8:30pm, got home at 10pm.

It was tiring, but a lot of fun!!!

Early enough??

One panel will be removed every other day. First person to post the correct answer wins. NO HINTS. Guess as often as you like.

I have no clue --- I told you I wasn't good at this kind of thing.

I do think this is a really cool challenge. :cool1:

How on earth are you going to be able to wait 2 days to post the next one ;) ?

Amy - sounds like you had a very fun day.

I hope that you had a good time at the Cheetah Girls concert. Emily has just started to show an interest in them.

Well, let's just say tween girls know how to SCREAM!:rotfl:

Amy have a great time today...how can you not :thumbsup2

So FIVE weeks, eh? Yeah I'm soooo ready!

Scrapbooking question...if I want to put modpodge type stuff over my paint can to make it shiny and so the pieces stick down better, how do I avoid getting brush streaks? Do the foam brushes leave marks or bubbles?

Well it's off to the Grand Canyon this am. And I'm planning on watching Amazing Race tonight. I loved the first Survivor this past Thursday. Loving Survivor so far. I picked the winning team. Having it race based in the
beginning is very interesting to me. I think it will put some stereotypes to rest. The only thing I didn't like is that Hispanics, Asians and Blacks have some cultural similarities. Whites really isn't a cultural group that way, racial yes but not cultural. So it's not really good that way. The
white tribe is a very sad one I think. It will be interesting to see how it all
pans out. In the end it won't matter much because it's one on one but in the beginning I think the more solidarity in the culture the stronger the group will be. I know alot of you watch BB, do any of you watch Survivor or AR?
Still trying to catch up, but I have to say that I watch both Survivor and AR. AR is my favorite of ALL the reality shows! I think I was the happiest woman in Indiana the night they won their first Emmy, because I knew it meant that the show wouldn't get cancelled!

We haven't seen Amazing Race....yet.

But Cameron & I watched Survivor the other night for the first time. Cameron wanted to know the next night if it was on again. I think it's going to be our show this season.

Gary's cousin was on one of the first or second season. We've never even seen that. I should rent it from netflix this winter. I hear she's one of the most disliked participants -- Jerry Manthey -- if anyone watched back then. I know my devout Catholic MIL & Gary's Aunt's were very proud of their neice when she later posed for an adult magazine.
I remember Jerri. Was she the vegetarian? And yes, not many people liked her.

Oh, I'm with Karen, I hate bridges. But, not all bridges, just the ones with metal structures above me. I don't know why, but I can't stand those types of bridges. We have LOTS of bridges here in Tampa/St. Pete, and I drive them all the time over the bay into Tampa, or over the Sunshine Skyway to Bradenton. But, I get the creeps with any bridge that has a structure over me.
I'm just the opposite! If there's something above me, I'm fine. If it's just the wide open spaces, I get creeped out! In fact, that Sunshine Skyway bridge was the bridge that started me into "bridgeophobia" for the first time! :scared1:

Thoughts and prayers for Sharon and her family during this difficult time.

Cool guessing game Curt. My first guess is Star Wars Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back.

:surfweb: Good Morning DisSers,

Granted its 10:30 here in Michigan, but I stayed up a little late so the early birds could have the first pic. I'm tickled that the feedback about te challenge is so very positive. Enjoy!! I'm just worried that it will be too easy. By the way the OTA stands for "or there abouts."

ANSWER: By reading all the guesses of course.... Back to work.

(2) NO HINTS -- Sorry Julie.

Why would I need a hint? I didn't ask for a hint - is this a jab at something I didn't even do :rotfl2:

Um I live with MR MOVIE TRIVIA - lol so I'll ask him for our guess! Are we to post them?

My guess is the Haunted Mansion. I'm one of Eddie Murphy's biggest fans yet I couldn't bring myself to see that movie.

Wow! I have some chatty friends here on the DIS!! I've caught up on all the posts, but there's no way I can go back and comment on everything. It's been a crazy couple of days, yesterday we went outlet shopping and I found an awesome North Face winter coat that I totally wanted. But I tried it on, looked at the price tag, tried it on again and said to Bruce, when are we moving to Florida, because we'd be able to save a ton of money on coats! :lmao: I didn't get the coat, I'm still dreaming about it though.

We headed into NJ and spent most of the day with my father. My aunt called and said--guess what the whole family is planning to go on a cruise in July. OK, great, I'm so there!! A Carnival cruise out of NYC going NORTH to Canada! There's other cruise ships besides the Magic and the Wonder and there's other places to cruise to besides Castaway Cay? :confused3

So Bruce and I discussed further our move to FL options and he mentioned it to his boss what "southern opportunities" exist for him. So, because GE now owns Universal, his boss said Bruce would definitely be able to get some sort of position with them in Orlando. :scared1: Uh--that would be against my religion dear!

Emma went to preschool this morning, and it was a great success. Julia did well at babysitting. I was a nervous wreck for both of them! I'm just happy to be getting into some sort of routine.
