Thanks Mary!

We got a Category 10 on deck two for the Westbound Repo. Cruise. We have never been on Deck 2. I hope the location is okay. Going to try to waitlist for deck 5 or 7. We will see. The cruise was more spendy than the last Repo. cruise but we have time to think about whether we can afford it or not. We scheduled the Christmas Cruise for 2007. That would be 2 spendy cruises within 4 months of each other. Maybe I can win the lottery between now and the. ;)

Any other folks book one of the Med. cruises?

We're right there again! :thumbsup2

Yes, it was a lot pricier than the PC cruises but you only live once!

I gave up the August and the Xmas Cruise to do this! But then again we're sailing in a Cat 3! Bets are already on at work whether I can last between the Member Cruise and Aug Repo without a proper vacation! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Congratulations to those who have booked on the Med cruise! :thumbsup2

Last night, Gary takes Walker to his soccer game. It was a bit breezy here but I didn't think it was THAT breezy.

Gary parks his car and another Mom parks next to him. As she opens her van door, the wind takes her door and smashes it into the side of Gary's car. Gary calls me to say they are exchanging insurance information. I'm thinking, it's just a little ding, what's the need for insurance information?

Then they get home. It's much, much more than a little ding, it's smashed -- really smashed!! :crazy2:

I guess the good thing is that he was right there and it didn't happen in a parking lot where someone could have walked away.

But, gee, if it was going to happen, it would have been nice to have it happen on the other side where there's a shopping cart ding already.

I guess that's why they say we live in the Windy City! :rolleyes1

Here's a picture for Mark. It's not unusual for us to get snow into April. This is what we woke up to this morning. I'm guessing it should be gone in the next day or so. The sad part is, this time last week, I was laying by the pool at SSR soaking up the sun!

Gail, you can keep that up by you. I hope it doesn't come this way! :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

I am so ready for spring.

I think I'm taking the kids to the zoo on Thursday ::yes:: unless it rains like they are predicting. :sad2:

Gail, last Wednesday I was also soaking the rays up at SSR! What a difference a week makes.

Looks like a winter wonderland Gail! Hope it melts quickly. I will be sunning myself in the stands at the White Sox (WORLD CHAMPIONS) game today. I hope you all have good days

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHERYL :cheer2:

It snowed here most of yesterday. It didn't stick on anything, but at one point it was like a complete blizzard out there. :cold: It's supposed to warm up again tomorrow. I hope next week is warm since I volunteered to host our Spring Egg Hunt in my backyard. I'll need to be institutionalized if I have 20 under 4 year olds hunting eggs in my house!! :faint: I don't know why I always volunteer for for this kind of stuff. It always sounds like so much fun when we plan the calendar. :sad2:

Mary, I love the picture of Christopher in your signature!!!

:bday: HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHERYL party:

It was like a winter wonderland here yesterday. It would have been beautiful if it was Christmas. We have about 3 in of snow on the ground. I am so sick of this weather. I need a vacation somewhere warm. Tom came home yesterday and said there were jobs near Naples for a battalion chief. I asked him if he had applied. I can only dream.

Is anyone else watching the eagles nest? I am addicted to it. I can't wait until the hatching. My kids love it too esp. when they "talk".

Roxann and Janet congratulations on getting your cruise. It sounds like it will be a great time. :Pinkbounc

Thank you Cindy - my dd surprised me with the picture when you were all playing at WDW!
Mark helped me resize it so I could add it to my siggie.

For some reason? We know why, just look who's doing it today. :p
It is amazing how someone can open Birthday wishes for everyone on the Birthday board, but leave out the ones that they don't like.

Give me a break!! If you're going to wish everyone on the DIS calendar a Happy Birthday, then you better wish EVERYONE a Happy Birthday!! Just cowardly in my opinion, but I'm sure that I won't get a birthday wish on that thread on my birthday either!!! Whatever!!!
