There she is .....just waiting for us.... Thanks Verandah Man... I've been trying to post that for a while but keep getting errors. What's that stuff in the foreground... could it be fireworks setting up??? THAT would be cool.
We are waiting for Ken and Shari... been up since around 3am... just too excited. Now we're just pacing.

I hope everyone is having fun. A friend on the cruise just told me someone died on Castaway. I was told by a friend on the ship and i don't trust him. LOL. Can anyone confirm that? Thanks.

I read a post on the Cruisetoberfest thread, and Bettemom stated that someone did pass away on CC today.

According to a witness, a man died at Serenity Beach. The circumstances around the person's death is not known by me.
A coded alarm went out thru the ship's PA system. "Bright Star, Castaway Cay, Serenity Beach. Bright Star, Castaway Cay, Serenity Beach." according to my cabin mate. I have no other details other than the man's family was taken back to the ship in one golf cart and the man in another.

YES, that is correct. Out of respect for the family right now, I am not going to list anything. But it is one of ours and a DIS member.

It will be posted by someone shortly. Family has been taken back to Orlando already. We are headed out to sea now for two days.

Our prayers go out for the family and friends of this gentleman.

That is so so sad. My heart and prayers goes out to that family. I was really hoping my friend was not telling the truth. Such a tragic thing to happen.
