hi everyone leaving today. Went to Scott and Lynn's at 4 pm and it was great fun. He had cheeses, grapes, crackers, chips and much more. He out did himself.

Scott danced in his BFFT's and grass skirt for us.

Debbie showed up with the Mickey door hangers. They are just fabulous.

Left and went to DTD to eat and the lines and waits were over an hour so we came back to OKW and ate and back in the room now for a good night's sleep.

Hello? Is anyone out there? Hello?!?

We just put the suitcases in the back of the Aztek. I sure hope they let us on the ship with our carry-on collection -- rolling bag, computer bag, back pack, camera bag. We are going to have to tip the stevedores a $20 spot or something. Someone's gonna get a hernia lifting our bags. I know I did.

In 12 hours (oh man, only 12 hours) we will be at Mickbee's house nibbling on strawberries and sipping champagne. Six months of planning, stressing, re-planning, re-stressing comes down to this; what I know will be the best vacation ever. I thought nothing would top our Alaska cruise vacation, but this probably will.

We have a few bills to write, another load of laudry to do, and then a parental clean touch up. The dogs know something is up. One has gotten very clingly, the other sits and stares at us as if to say, "Oh, not again."

Sleep will be difficult tonight. I suspect we'll get a few hours. To everyone out there travel safely. We'll check the board again in the morning. See ya'all at the Port. I've anyone talks to Lynda/Cash, please let them know we have the food!

Will the last one to leave the internet chat board please turn off the light?

Sorry Scott, I just had no 'juice' when I got home at about 7pm. I crashed for a while, and now I'm starting to do the final packing. It's starting to seem real now!

Eric just surprised me with a brand new camera with 5mp's and more zoom, so I'll be snapping photos of all of you until you scream at me to stop, lol...

Kay, thanks so much for the airborne! It was a nice way to start a very stressful day.

let's just say I'm VERY glad I'm going on vacation...

Got out of Chicago on time this morning even with the bad weather last night. Had a nice smooth flight.

Had a great time at Scott's Tonight, had a hard time talking, as somewhere between Chicago and Orlando lost my voice, may have something to do with that sore throat a few days ago.

But got some of the great sailaway gifts:

The Super Size Door Magnet, if you were expecting something small forget it, it is huge. Really Nice.

Got the great nametags that were made for everyone they look so official probably can just walk right on the ship with them and no one would notice.

The Fish Extender again if you were expecting something small it is huge, better get out that other suitcase.

The mini navagator is great, so much information in it.

And the best one of all a good friend of ours gave us hand embroidered towels one of Tigger and one of Snow White, our favorites. She really out did herself. Thanks Sheila.

Called it an early night and headed to dinner and then to my dad's house, as we have to get up early to head to the Port.

Cannot believe how many pictures were taken, may be some online later on tonight.

OKay how did I totally miss Fern, Liz and Tom & Diana???? OH I know... YAKKING TOO MUCH!!! Great to meet everyone that I did chat with though!! Can't believe I forgot to get a Mini Navigator from Linda.. too busy snarfling the Girl Scout cookies I guess.... Hang in there folks there are a few left for tomorrow... well.... unless Joe gets a midnight snack attack... Scott maybe that wasn't such a great idea.. giving us the leftovers???
Debbie: Thanks for the fish extender. It's great!! Should hold a lot of the goodies that are coming to the fish!

Whew... busy day. Dropped the kids off at the obediance boot camp/pet resort. I cried as much as I did when taking my human kids to kindergarden for the first time!! Luckily the people at the pet place understand..

Hit the MK so we can truely go Kingdom to Kingdom.... hit the Marketplace to pick up last minute name badge. Ran into Ken & Shari at DTD...

Getting ready to head over to Scotts... will post more tonight.

It was quite something to see Kevin's head pop off and spin around three times. What is the surprise? Well, the fact you are taking us in a Pinto. You told me you had a AMC Pacer.

We said the luggage was in the Aztek. We didn't say the front wheels were not touching the ground. If you have 2.5 tons of luggage and we have 3, where are the PEOPLE going to sit?

Bags are all packed, finally. I'm just waiting for my son to come and pick me up and drive me to the airport. Safe travels, everyone, and see you tomorrow on the ship. I'll be the one who can barely stay awake after flying all night, and changing planes in the middle of it. Would much rather be at the AC with Catherine, staying through the Hoopla! That's ok, though, the sailaway party tomorrow will more than make up for missing a night's sleep!

Fret not, I have one of a luggage container to put on the roof of the Pinto. Youknow the kind; it looks like a giant Big Mac container.

Tell Kevin the surprise IS the Pinto. I just spent $63k on a full restore. It is a chick magnet.

Get some sleep because I don't want any excuses like "I'm tired', "No, not another glass for me", "These vinyl seats make me itch", etc, etc, etc...


Before we get to the port, I need a number of tinmes the horn will blast on our cruise. Let the pool begin...

Looks like a lot of us have our laptops with us. Isn't that super. If we were to print our our thread for our scrapbooks, it would be many pages and so thick. But, oh what, a great rememberance. What I might miss, someone else remembers and then nothing if forgotten.

I just can't sleep right now.

Our thread is ONLY THE BEGINNING - it starts tomorrow - and we have many posts to go. It is not the end, just the BEGINNING.

I also forgot to mention earlier, the Lanyards (Ken and Shari & others), magnets - Jen and Jeff, (so hugh and beautiful), Mickey fish exenders (Debbie), (beautiful and large in person) - books marks (Ranae) and other gifts are just great, with so much thought put into them, THANKS TO ALL -

Have to lay back down and try and shut eye peepers a little. Have to listen to my body.
