Good morning everyone! Couldn't sleep anymore, so got up at 5 a.m. even though we're not leaving till 9:30. The excitement is killing me!

JUST PEEKING IN TO SEE EVERYONE LEAVING...

I'M STILL HERE GETTING READY TO GO TO WORK... HOPE TO LEAVE EARLY, BUT I KNOW EVERYONE WILL WANT EVEN MORE DOCUMENTATION SINCE I WILL BE AWAY FOR 2 WEEKS.

THEN IT'S HOME TO PACK... WILL BE ON THE ROAD IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS

I THINK SEEING EVERYONE AT THE PORT WILL REALLY ROCK THE BOAT... IS DCL REALLY READY FOR US... WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Safe travels everyone traveling today....(sniffle, sniffle...I wish I was one of you.....)

We are all packed (except for some things for the carry on bags). Went to bed at 2 am and up at 6 am. Who can sleep....I'm too excited!!!!!!!

I went on the weather network just to check out what we can expect and the verdict is....hot and steamy (well at least for us Canadians - it was 47 yesterday!!!!!!)

Saturday - Orlando 82
Sunday - Nassau (I know we're in Castaway but this was the closest) 84

and then I could get only get the weather as far as Tuesday so here it Tuesday for the rest of our ports

Curacao - 89
Panama City - 87
Acapulco - 95
Mazatlan - 87
Cabo San Lucas - 77

I can't wait.....1 more day!!!!!!!!

WELL.............The mini-navigators are printed, folded, stapled and ready to be on their way to Florida!

I'm at the office still (now 5 a.m. MST), have not been to bed and have not packed.

So I am heading home to pack and head to the airport in THREE HOURS!!!!!!!



On the DCL website you can go to their PORTS and you can click in the day and it will tell you what the temperature is suppose to be. When I did yesterday it showed Castaway Cay as 83 on Saturday! I can't wait. It hasn't quit raining here for weeks!

Home from work and officially on vacation! Got a bit of a sore throat, so waiting for the airborne to dissolve. Stuff tastes gross. But I don't want to be sick and doubt I'll get much sleep tonite.

Here's my sob story of the week...
1 year of planning and anticipation
2 weeks of packing
Had to go to Wal-Mart last night and buy... A camera... yes, forgot mine at home. Can you believe it!! Packed the charging dock and media cards ... forgot the freaking camera!!!! So bought a semi cheap digital to get me thru... then I'll gift it to my daughter for her birthday...

Hey... it's 70's day on the ABC news here....LOL

Thanks for the well wishes. I feel a little better today already.

I can almost hear the ship's whistle as I write. I slept better last night after getting most of the finish packing done. Got laundry going now, so I won't have to do it after work tonight. Just finishing with the hanging stuff and an early night (I hope) and we're there!
