Kelli: Glad you are having a good time in NYC. DD goes all the time to visit inlaws, but it has been a long time since I have been there. Getting over being sick with a virus and it was awful. Caught it from my g/baby, since my immune system is not up to par.

Had another cast change today and hopefully will get it off for good in 6 weeks or so. 4 + months is long enough. At least I am walking and driving now. That helps a lot.

Guess everyone is back to work and routine after the holidays.

Have you ever been told to get the Pneumonia shot? I used to get bronchitis all the time and once I had the shot, I've only had it once in 5 years.... just a thought!

For all you poor freezing northerners, it was 84 yesterday.... It's going to get cold tomorrow though with a low of only 34 degrees! OUCH!

Hi Scott (and everyone else)

Shari (spros) and Alex (first timers) both did the 1/2 Marathon today. They walked it and finished in 3 hours 21 minutes. Shari said it was very cold this morning.

Hi everybody,,,, long time no talk.
Just thought I would let you know that I just signed up for the June 10 eastern Magic. That was so that I could take my 100 yo grand mother in law on the magic, if we make it. Her birthday is May 10 and DCL said they can do some celebration. What does that mean???? She has never sailed before and I think she is extra special. Any one by chance going on that cruise? Hey, Bob, how about it, wanna go? Air tran has some really good rates out of Indy.
Just so you guys know, Billy is still having trouble with school. He is off medicine and looks like he may be okay. He absolutely does not ever want to go on a cruise during school again. SOOOO,,,, it doesn't look like we will be going on any special cruises again unless his school ability improves. Hi Peter, Scott, Ken. Hi also to all the others(I am not keeping up, just glanced)
Bill BTW,,,,,,, I live about five blocks from the Colts complex. Kay,,, let them know if it finalizes.

It is pretty cool here in Ft. Lauderdale. It was 49 today. Guess that is pretty warm for you guys up North in all that snow. It should be warmer in the next couple of days

Somehow, cold to me was the room we had at the B+B in New Hampshire back in December It was a wonderful time, and the Inn was nice, but boy, Joe + I had to find an extra comforter to throw on the bed!!! There was one 7 foot section of baseboard heat for our room, which was huge!

Hey Kelli... Please get me one of those $10 Coach purses in Chinatown will ya?? Have a great time!!

My sil and a friend went looking for purses in Little Italy and went into one shop and came out with instructions to go to another shop because the proprietor "knew a guy that knew a guy". (Ya gotta use that NY accent to make that sound right!) In the 2nd shop, they came out with a note with an address on it...an apt where "the guy" lived....they didn't go.

Then, the last day, after we'd checked out of our hotel, we were walking through Herald Square and started talking to "a guy" just as "the guy" across the street got busted. Our guy was pretty nervous and kept asking if we were cops. Found out the price is $20....I'd have gotten you one, but I wasn't sure if you wanted to go double!!!

Alvaro checked in this morning....he did both the 1/2 and the full marathon....and got all 4 medals....guess he'll really be enjoying the cruise and all the food!!

I hear the temps were 33º and 34º at the starts...glad I wasn't on the sidelines....I hope Florida warms up in the next couple weeks!!

I really would like to try the 1/2 but schedule makes it look like 2008. But there is the Sept Cruise one Celeste is planning.
