Don't know exactly what Rocky Mt Oysters are --- :confused3

but regular oysters are good...

Was in a contest once and I ate 5 dozen at one time and won the contest. And no, the prize was not another dozen. :rotfl:

Believe it or not, I continued eating oysters after that.

Kay, I don't rally know how to tell you this in a nice Disney-type way. But Rocky Moutain Oysters are a byproduct of the surgical proceedure that turns a young bull into a steer. :earseek:

I think that they even center a festival around these treats (I don't eat them) somewhere in Montana or Wyoming.

Randall...what type of a girl do you think I am....us Canadians are "prim & proper" :rotfl: :rotfl:

We have actually had the pleasure of meeting Josh last year in Pittsburgh on my Mom's birthday so it would just be a meeting of old friends, but I still would probably "drop dead".

Hope it's not cloudy.

That is a great CSN song! I'll most likely have that in my head all day. Count me in for the Southern Cross viewing :goodvibes

Robin

Bob, you have earned a lifetime license to chill. My boss has actually recently learned to appreciate us old war dogs, and has been very accommodating. Good to hear the walk went well. I think we will have three nights to see the Southern Cross. So what is the song of the day?

Peter, I came very close to getting a 20 gig Ipod. If I breakdown I will be emailing the all-knowing Ipod master for tips etc. How long did it take to download 100 CD’s? I thought I was the only one to like the crunchies in the coffee. Chocolate covered beans are pretty good. :jumping1:

Lynn thinks I was sleeping in, wrong o dong o, I was on the phone to CRO getting MVMCP tickets for her birthday. WDW trip Nov 29 – Dec 10. Anyone else going to be there then?

Will the planning madness ever end…… I hope not. :goodvibes

This trip will be three weeks plus for Lynn and I to be together, this will be a very good thing. Seems like work keeps us apart. :goodvibes

Is there shrimp available on the day we board the Magic??? Only if you get there before Leslie, Georgie and Me. We promise to share if we have to. Don’t worry I don’t eat that much, 3-4 will fill me up.

Time to pack up our box for shipping. Have a great day one and all.

For those of you without documents, tomorrow when you wake up just say “today is the day.”

Must be Montana, unless you're thinking of Severance, CO--Home of Bruce's...home of Randall....party capital USA.....

And, btw, Randall, Johnson's Corner is getting a facelift...they've got the whole front covered with insulation. :cool1: I'll let you know what they're doing on the ship....oughtta be done by then! You may not recognize it when you come back....yeah, RIGHT!!!!

I must have missed something....what's wrong with the first batch?

I mentioned the "problem" in chat a week ago, sorry. Susan received the pins and about half of them were really bad....smeared paint, missing paint etc....A big thanks to Susan and John for going through them all one by one and getting this "problem" fixed for us. 250 of them are being redone. Everyone please just pray that all of them get to me in time to pack.......and in perfect condition.

Has anyone had any trouble with virus while on the boards?
I have gotten this message from my virus software only when I was on the disboards.

The software blocks it, but it makes me wonder.

...and a few more pounds for me!!! :rotfl2:

Just came back from where??? W A L M A R T!

They were able to address the extra pounds with some pretty colorful cruisewear! YIPEE!!! No, no spandex, but drawstring pants! :rotfl2:

I love the new clothes!

DH has still not looked at what he'll be bringing ;) Looks like I'll have to get that going too! He HATES to shop! (good thing... I do enough for the 2 of us!)

ENJOY THE DAY ALL!!! :flower:

Today is packing day. That is packing day for our cruise. We just spent the last two days packing and unpacking my daughter and her husband. They moved yesterday into their first REAL HOME! You know the one with the mortgage! OMG - I can't believe the price of the houses here in the Napa Valley.

Anyway, I am desparately trying to catch up on this thread -- I'm only about a k-zillion posts behind. I see some are getting their documents. How about the people in California -- specifically Costco people?

I'm getting a little anxious -- we leave on Friday for WDW! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I understand.....I keep asking Keith if he needs anything...he just keeps saying "no, can't think of anything....."

I figure next weekend, he'll panic, or not.......

My DH hasn't looked either. And, he is gone for 4 days before we leave for the cruise! I told him he *had* to go through the formal stuff before he leaves. He doesn't think he needs to shop for anything, but he hasn't tried on his tux once in the last 8 years. :rotfl: Good thing I already bought him two new vests to wear with it . . ..

I am off to BJs to look a a new video camera. I want one with an SD card -- to interchange with my camera. I am not willing to pay super big $$$, but I want something that will do well in low light and is very lightweight.

The ZR200 from Canon has an SD Card slot. I have not tried it in low light yet, but it does have a night mode setting. It is less than 400 dollars.

Yes, I was thinking of Bruce's Bar. :drinking1 Friends took me there and served me RMO but did not tell me what they were. Once I proclaimed them to be "not bad" they told me what it was. It's an acquired taste.

RMO are considered organ meats. I gave those up for Lent, maybe 20 years ago!
