2005 S S Memeber Cruise

For those of you who got through and booked your cruise, how long was your wait time. I was on hold for two hours and then hung-up and tried again. Still waiting. I saw on the DVC memeber page where average wait time is 40 minutes. 2 hours is a little crazy.

If you got through and are on hold. don't hang up!

I got through and was told the wait time was approx. MORE than 30 minutes. I listened to lovely Little Mermaid music for 40 minutes, then talk to a CM. She took all my info, then I was on hold while she check availability for another 15 minutes or so. It took me 60 minutes from the time I got through on hold until I hung up with a confirmation. GOOD LUCK!

Also, if you are using the 800 # you may want to try 407-566-3800

I had no luck with the 800 number

Don't give up. For me, in the beginning I was just getting ring, ring, ring... I was thinking the speed dial connected me to a different number, but I persisted.

When I first got on they said hold time was 15 minutes but it was more like 35. Definately hold on if you get through!

It took us 2 hours to get through. On hold for 30 minutes. 20 minutes to make reservations. We must get jphone with an auto redialer.

I was on hold for over 90 minutes on my land line. After about 60 minutes I also dialed in on my cell phone and after a wait of 30 to 40 minutes they answered on that line, the original call was still on hold. I send an e-mail to MS telling them that their calls were not being answered in order and someone should check their system.

Interesting. We never did get through on our land line but were able to get through on both of our cells. I got through on my cell at about 8:05 -- it rang and rang for a good 10 minutes before it was even picked up. I just figured as long as it was ringing and not busy that was a good sign.

As I was still on hold, I was trying to land line with no luck. Then started calling the 407# with DH's cell phone and it was answered and his was put on hold. When my call was initially answered by the CM, I gave her our home phone number so that if we were to disconnected she would have it to be able to call us back. Then DH hung up on his cell.

Never did get through on our land line.
