2005 Point Values

We are currently new DVC member, and we have not yet received our packet of information. Today is the first day we could call to get our membership #, and we were disappointed to find out they are closed on Saturday.

We are looking to use reservation points at a non-DVC resort this summer, but we do not know the point values for 2005. We received these points as an add-on to our resale purchase.

We are specifically looking at the Port Orleans resort. Does anyone know the Fri-Sat and Sun-Thurs point values to stay at the end of July/early August? Thank you in advance for you help.

PS Have the 2006 DCL points been posted?

At the top of this website, you will find "DVC Point Charts". Click on it and then click on "Points Calculator". That should get you the info that you are looking for.

Unless these are "reservation" points that can be ONLY be used at a non-DVC resort, you'll likley find a better value staying at any of the onsite DVC resorts in a studio (in fact, you can get a 1BR villa for only a few more points).

The DVC/DCL point charts have not yet been released for 2006.

Yes, the points we have are in "reservation status". So we are looking at non-DVC resorts. We don't have many points, so we are looking into moderate resorts.
