*2005* Christmas Tree Swap- CLOSED

We will be at POR from 12/18- 12/24. We should arrive at the resort around 11am. We would love to participate.

I would like to participate too if there is availability. We will be at All Star Sports Dec 18-28.

We were to be at WL and I thought I could just do without a tree but after a travel agent error All Star was all we could get at the last minute so we grabbed it and are making the best of it. So not having to bring a tree would be wonderful. Thanks triplefigs!

I got the tree for the GF for less than $10 at Michaels. I have a picture of it posted on this thread. The tree was $4.99 and I bought $5 worth of decorations. It DOES NOT need to be an expensive tree. My tree is about 2.5 feet tall and will fit in my suitcase.

I will begin working on the trade system shortly. Again, please let me know if you no longer wish to participate.

Denise - It looks like we have an overlap at the Pop Century. Since we'll be supplying a tree for the Contemporary and then passing it on when we leave to UrsalasShadow, we'll just use that tree during our stay at the Pop. So, I guess I'm saying that you can take us off the Pop list, and we'll still get the tree for the Contemporary. Hope that makes sense!

Denise - Thanks for all your hard work on this.

We would still love to share in the trip swap but looks like no one else @ CBR> Know that we are coming in on the tail end w/ arrival date 1/2. Hope to keep the Christmas spirit during the whole trip & think sharing trees decorated w/ other Disers idea is a fantastic idea and way to share the spirt.

On 12/30 , we will be touring the Disney resorts to see the Christmas Decorations before we go to my sisters. We will have a rental car & can pick up a tree @ any resort & then bring it back w/ us on 1/2. We can also pick up a tree on 1/2 in the AM if that works out. No sure if the resorts are willing to hold onto the trees for a couple days.

If nothing can be arranged, we undertand but hope it can be worked out.

I am pretty sure as long as you box it and leave it at the front desk with my name on it, it will be held until I arrive. I understand people ship things to themselves prior to their arrival all the time. This would be great, thanks!

Triplefigs - as I am the last at CSR, I def don't mind bringing it to another resort before I leave.
