Kevin, Virgil dropped off a small gift the last night of the cruise from the two of you.....I laughed VERY hard!! My copy of "Remodeling Bathrooms for Dummies" is SURE to get lots of use. I'm not sure DCL will appreciate this, but I started with the bathroom in cabin 6060!!!

Also, was it you, Kevin, who did the picture at the end of the ornament exchange. I apologize, but I was laughing so hard I didn't put two and two together. I *think* that was you who presented it!!! TOOOO funny. I notice it is "suitable for framing!"

Wasn't that FUNNY! It's a pocket size so you can always keep it handy!! Virgil is man man behind that. Great idea Virgil!!

Thought you might like "group men shot". Only in fun, you know!.......


and yes, for all you girls: It is only in our dreams!!! As far as framing, I'm not sure I'd do that. Might be hard to explain to the family (ie; mother, sister, etc.)

Btw, Taylor Mason is booked for two Wonder cruises in the near future....I'm thinking I shoudl book those too!! Anyone else think he was HYSTERICAL?

Didn't I see you in line to get on of his DVD's? We got one as well. The guy is very funny!! Can't wait to experience the humor again.

I'm glad to finally hear your diving report. Matt said "It was fine and we got to see manatees." That was it.

I hope Red told you the story about the last time he and I went diving there. We took his cave lights and went to the bottom to explore the spring flow. It was really blowing and he got caught in the flow. Shot him up 40 feet and almost pinned him against the ceiling. I have never seen his eyes so big! That was one of those priceless moments that I did not catch on my camera.

Matt said he saw "stuff" right??? kids.....


Yes, Red did tell me the story! Even the eyes part. He even related (to keep things balanced) the story of you being narked and other dive! That sounded like an experience as well.

That is the thing with diving, you gotta play by the book and ALWAYS pay attention.

Didn't I see you in line to get on of his DVD's? We got one as well. The guy is very funny!! Can't wait to experience the humor again.

Actually, I was wrong. He's booked for a Wonder cruise and two Magic cruises (his Magic cruise dates are Tuesday through Tuesday--so it looks like he'll be on the end of one and the beginning of the next)

Anyway, yes, we got both of the DVD's. Figured we'd swap back and forth with my parents. We watched the one while we were in FL with my MIL and it's hysterical. A lot of the same stuff that he did onboard, but that was funny stuff and it's good to hear it again!!! Plus then the kids got to hear the stuff from the adult show, which was all very clean anyway!

Btw, I didn't tell anyone while still on the cruise, but....

I yelled at the Captain's kids! Oops! I had seen the Captain picking up his kids in the Lab and Club one night. One kid's name was Sven (very Norwegian). I said something to the counsellor like "oh, the captain's family is sailing on this cruise?" But, like a good Disney CM, he denied any knowledge of knowing any of that information.

Well, fast forward a few days to one of the family shows in Rockin' Bar D. Nick and KT are right up front. Part way through the show, some kids wiggle their way up and sit on the steps going up to the stage. Now Nick cannot see. He is very gentle natured and wouldn't tell anyone (except his own sister) to get out of his way....so he sat there the rest of the time, unable to see.

Fast forward another couple of days. Sitting in Rockin' Bar D. Nick and KT are right up front. (Later they will squish together to make room for Lisa Scuba.) All is good until two kids start inching up the stairs right in front of them. This is before the show starts. So I go over and tell Nick that if they are blocking him, he needs to tap them and ask them to sit on the floor. Then I say (sort of loudly) that all kids butts need to stay ON THE FLOOR) The offending kids look at me and move off of the stairs. Then, a couple of minutes later, they creep up, so I go over and specifically tell them to sit on their bottoms ON THE FLOOR so ALL of the kids can see. They get down, but then throughout the show shoot me some steely glances at which times I make a downward motion with my hand to remind them to sit DOWN!

Fast forward a few minutes and the performer is asking kids their names....they get to one of these boys and his name is "Sven." Tall boy, named SVEN, seen with the Captain a few days before. OH CRUD. Luckily, I look around and do not see the Captain anywhere!!!!! Whew!

We were at that show. The amazing thing is that they did what you told them! I guess they thought they owned the ship, right?

Anyone else get stories about the 17 year olds getting drunk and throwing pool furniture overboard? You get information in bits and pieces, after the cruise of course.

Alicia entertained us yesterday with her impression of Cristy Romano asking about our DVD camera. So funny. I wish she had thought to do it earlier, she could have entertained everyone with it at dinner.

We got to share our flight with Cristy Romano going to Charlotte - Lauren was in heaven. Cristy was really nice and chatted with Lauren about the cruise for a minute or two.... of course she was flying first class and we were in the back......

We are watching the Rose Bowl Parade now and just saw Mickey. It's amazing how fast he can get from the cruise ship to CA.

Too funny, and we saw him at Garden Grill on Tuesday night! He picked up a toddler at the next table, and the little guy started licking his nose. I asked Mickey if his nose was clean. He giggled and started wiping it on a CM standing there.

I've got pictures to share too. It took 5 CD's to get all my pictures backed up. Guess I need to go through and make a folder with the ones you all would be interested in (i.e. GLoria Gayner)

Watching the parade too, then Jamie and I are going to the movies. Robert headed down to his daughters this morning to go snowmobiling. I'm still trying to recover from the cruise and said that I was staying home........well, except for the movies! (oh and football games later today also!)

I'm working on my pictures now with the hope of getting them done today. I'm afraid that if I don't do them right away they will never get done. They will find the black hole of our hard drive with the other 4000 pictures.

Yes. I know. I'll actually be rooting for the Wolverines. I know, I know, it's hard to believe. But I'll root for Big Ten over anyone else. In the bowl games it's the only time when the planets align and I am able to do that.

KT is disgusted with me over this. She thinks I've flipped and need to be committed. She actually BOOED Mickey Mouse when she saw him on TV directing the U of M marching band through "Hail to the Victor." She BOOED Mickey Mouse. I'm actually disgusted with her over this!

Linda, what did all the "kids" think of the cruise? Were the words "best vacation ever" bandied about?

I really hate this part of vacations. You come home and you have to unpack, do laundry, get back to reality. Boo on reality.
