So how were your flights today?

Not too bad - dreary rainy day here in Charleston - warm though - it's 51 degrees outside....

Hey - a shared T.O.P.!!!!!

a top for me? no a top for Virgil :D which he nicely shared with me!

I had 2 cokes and 2 cups of coffee so I should be up for SOMETIME. Maybe I can help with the post count, not too much of a 'talker' though

Come on Sue - tell us how Jeanne is doing? Tell us what you are looking to most? Tell us anything (just do it in indiviidual posts ) :D

I don't think some people understood what he was writing. And I have no problem with telling people, just go read this one, if you really want to see me tell someone off in a classy way: http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=694244

Thanks for the support. I am not feeling any love over on the main board!

It was a serious question. I get tired of carrying this huge wine glass and am looking at options.

I know I am among friends!

PS: for christmas presents I got my neighbors wine glasses that hold a whole bottle of wine, each. Maybe I should bring that on the cruise.

I think I'm looking forward to the DIS meet the most for the following reasons:

  • It means we are on the ship!
  • It means I finally get to meet eveyone I've talked with for the last 18 months
  • It is the first day with the whole cruise ahead of us.
  • Time to party!

I understand. I am so glad we are all able to talk about most things (no politics, no OH/MI game ....)

Yes, OH/MI game. I am still thinking about if I will allow my daughter to talk to KT after Ohio kicked MI butt. :earboy2: But since OH came to my rescue on the main board today I'll allow it. :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Yeah the main board - like many parts of the DIS can be a little harsh. Honest answer - I would bring a glass the first night. Get to know your server. At the end of the meal feel him out about bringing the caraf. If you think it appropriate make sure he knows it will be worth his while. I think you'll find that he'll give you a smile and a nod. After all he (or she) wants the experience to be excellent!

Hi, this is Lisa (Little Gymnast). The box has arrived. :cool1: It came right after I told my Mom it wasn't here. I didn't want to call her back. I know I can't open it, but I would sure like to. Ms. Mary it will be ready for you when you come to pick it up next Friday. I will see you all in just over a week. I'm excited :flower1: princess: :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

The migration has begun. I believe that is the first thing that has traveled from out of state for the cruise. Shortly, there will be many slowly making their way to the sun at PC for 10 days of holiday excitment.

Mark and Mary were just the first of many.

Some of what they said is useful. Yes you can bring it, more than likely they'll want to insist on that corkage fee thing if you want to use it there. Have seen just glasses brought in all the time with no objections.

Ok, Mary beat me to responding to this, I more fall on her judgement.

Hi there garRy..... are you getting excited to be leaving so soon?

Quick post tonight. Gotta go to DGS band concert that we just found out about.

What a GOOD grandma you are....going to your grandchild's function.

Just two more days of public performances left and I may be $200 Easton dollars richer. :)

That's all I'll say on the subject.

Thank you! I nearly spit my amaretto sour onto my keyboard and monitor.

Took a Benadryl and am drinking an alcholic beverage. I don't think I'll see the next milestone!

Good ?, Jeanne got the okay from her internist(darn spelling). We see the cardiologist tomorrow, fingers crossed.
