Let's see if we can help them.

Math - count the number of tops. Take into account solo tops and those shared. Make up a top ten list.

Literature - read the entire Passporters Guide to the Disney Magic and do a book report on it.

Spelling - read all the posts from a given day and find all the spelling errors (that should take hours).

Vocabulary, GUM and Language Arts - same as above - read the posts and correct them. Should be great fun with the **** Virgil put in.

History - read this thread from the begging and make a time line of when everyone started posting.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!! Come on kids....read the DIS....NOT ON THAT COMPUTER, I'M READING THE DIS ON THAT COMPUTER!!!!!

Does anyone else thing we really need more than 10 days and some of those need to be sea days to do all we want to do together and still see the sights.

Yes, we have all this fun stuff planned, and I'm afraid Disney is going to actually plan things too....like Bingo or cooking classes or other fun things. How will I ever fit it in? I may need a vacation at the end!!

Did you all see this posted at the top of the Cruise Meet board from Webmaster Corey?

We have a new DIS style that was created for the nervous and sneaky worker. Since I know these new bright colors are hard to hide, I created a very basic style “DIScreet”. This will also work on most mobile devices.

If you get caught, send all emails to: you-should-have-been-working-anyway@wdwinfo.com

Have Fun!

Corey

Well - just print it out.....

Probably would only take about 5000 pages.... and a couple of ink cartridges.... of course if you got that new color laser - it would be a lot faster....

Thanks!! I save everything and take tons of pics so we should be good to go!!! I actually started one for our last cruise that I haven't finished yet --- but I will, I will!!!! I just need to get over the stressing that it should be perfect --- it is really just a keepsake for our family after all. :flower1:

Jeri,

That is a nice building! I used to use the Sky Club there.

Small world! I live in the North End - do you remember the Italian section of Boston?

Starting the "why we love kids" series:

NUDITY
I was driving with my three young children one warm summer evening when a woman in the convertible ahead of us stood up and waved. She was stark naked! As I was reeling from the shock, I heard my 5-year-old shout from the back seat, "Mom! That lady isn't wearing a seat belt!"

That's perfect!!

I was using the mens restroom in Epcot one visit; there is a young boy and his Dad in the stall. The boy is asking him questions and he's answering.... The next question is: Dad, why is poop round??

I almost missed the urinal I was laughing so hard!!! His Dad, just told him to hurry up!!

Karen-I'll bring you guys some stuff too. Maybe DD will want to get together with my DD Jamie 12 and they could do a little together on the ship on a sea day?

Linda

My Jordan is 12 too--- maybe they can all get together!

Would you guys like to see some of my pages? If so I'll see if Mark can scan them and I'll put them up on the web site.

I would love to see some of your pages --- do you mind if I borrow some of your ideas???? I love to do it but I don't think I'm too creative. :flower:

Hello Disney Christmas Cruisers.
I was on board when this thread started and tried keeping up for a while but between moving last year and spending the summer away it has been difficult.

My name is Doug and my DW is Amy. We will be in 5522 and are looking forward to meeting everyone. I think there was someone on here who will be our porthole neighbors...5520 perhaps.

We have taken the magic twice before one to the East and one to the West. The last time was March 2003 with my mother. We have no children and have been married for 5 years. We have early dinner seating since we are just used to eating early. Trouble is the lunch buffet can be so satisfying and I am not all that hungry. Some people knock the foor on board but I can't imagine. It is so tasteful. The variety is awesome.

We got our documents on Friday from our TA and have been looking thrugh the m,aterial. Is anybody getting the tux? I haven't before on Disney but given the holiday I wanted to fit in if men were wearing tuxs.

We look forward to meeting up with evberyone at the deck party at 3pm. We will be staying Friday night at the Radisson Hotel after working that day. We live in Sarasota so will drive over then. It'll be nice not worrying about a plane to catch.

I will try keeping up wih the boards till our departure.

My girls are just learning and they love it --- I can knit something square (think scarf) but nothing more complicated than that. I think they are going to bring their stuff on the plane.

I do believe we need more than 10 days --- and more sea days to do all the fun stuff --- that's why we're on this cruise --- when they kicked us off at 7 days we were not done having FUN!!! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Welcome back Doug... and Amy...

I think it's a mix... some are taking tuxes (me included)... some are renting.... and some are wearing suits..... I would do whatever you feel comfortable with.

And some are wearing nice blazers/sport coats. Hope they don't get kicked out of the dining room. I'd hate to eat alone!! :)
