Ok so I'm sitting here DISing, having a good time, eating chocolate (ok that was bad) when I bite something hard. Oh great - it is an old filling that has fallen out. Hopefully I can get in to my dentist soon (already left a message on his voice mail). What fun. Not!

Better now than on vacation! Something similar happened to me about a week before a Disney vacation. Every time I flossed the floss would get stuck and then I could feel something out of place. When I bit down, I could feel it snap back in. Cracked filling. Fixed on the spot when I went and had it checked. (good thing I floss daily, huh?)

Karen - you know that if it was closer to each of us we'd come to see him perform. And we do hope you bring a tape on the cruise.

ABSOLUTELY I know that! You guys are more supportive than that side of the family!!! I have a DVD already. From the angle I was at sometimes it's not the best view of Nick, but Mike was anxious to burn it to a DVD and didn't want to hassle with editing footage from other angles!

If it makes you feel any better, Jay's mom hasn't seen the kids in 10 years. Wouldn't recognize them if she saw them on the street. We both look at it as her loss. She's missing so much.

Karen, I can relate. Our families are nice people, but none of the remaining grandparents are very interested in DD. Maybe that's what happens when you have kids much later. My Mom was the world's greatest Grandma, and Christmas was her chance to go all out. If she were still alive, no way we'd be allowed to go on a Christmas cruise unless we took her along. And we might have! She'd love this group. As it is, you all we be our "family" this year.

Majestry jewelrs. Got a recommendation on them from my CFO at work and she knows jewelry. Got an Austrailian Opal/Diamond ring there and she got something very very close it at a jewelry show here and paid $300 more! Even the shopping in paradise person said I got a great deal.
