And, it was so fun trying on swimsuits with it being 26 degrees outside and knowing in 12 days I would actually be wearing all my summer stuff again.

TOP and I wasn't even trying! Stacey must be back to packing! And I'm headed back to the laundry room right now!

:earseek:

And I thought that one would be hard!!!

Yes, tink207 gets it, that's Irishfest. I thought the green flag with the harp would have been a hint.

I have to look thru my pictures for some more. :)

This must be Lisa posting. Stacey would never fib like that.

So, I didn't hear any screaming, did all the clothes fit?
The shorts fit....amazing. But then again, I'd been wearing them until just this last week when it got too cold.
The swimsuits fit...those little skirts come in handy for hiding flabby thighs. The top parts are a little snug. Oh well.

We are experimenting on our daughter today. She wants to eat lobster on the cruise. When she was little, she got a rash after eating some shrimp, so we have kept her away from seafood (fish is OK) all these years. We tried mollusks last weekend (scallops) and it was fine. Right now she has a raw shrimp sitting on her arm. If no skin reaction, we will give her some Benadryl and let her eat a couple tonight. The Epipen is at the ready. So far, the arm is good.
This may sound stupid, but before she actually eats one, have her just lick it.
Jay is deadly allergic to fish, peas and peanuts. So we waited until the kids could talk really well before trying any of these on them. The worst part of that type of allergy, is when it goes down the throat. Try the licking first.

And, please tell me.............

Why is everything of mine ready to go and packed, but everything of DD and DH is either in the laundry room now or in the stack to go to the dry cleaners in the morning?

Why would you keep dirty clothes in your closet?

Some people!!!!!....................oh yeah, they belong to me!

Linda
Boy, is that familiar! I TOLD Jordan this a.m. before I started laundry, to get the pile of clothes off the floor because they may need washing/ironing for me to pack.
Three guesses what happened this afternoon when I started gathering her clothes to pack???
She said "Those are dirty. Those need to be washed and shrunk. Those need to be ironed."
I didn't even start on the guys' stuff. I made the executive decision to quit for today.

Thanks, Stacey. I'll all for taking every precaution. We'll try that. I assume her tongue would start itching or something if she's allergic?

Yes....but better that than to have her throat close up.

I'm driving myself crazy, not packing more today. But I just couldn't stay on my feet any longer.

A lot of Jared's needs to wait, because he wears it to school. Jay's will be easy...and their good shirts are all hanging and pressed anyway.

Someone please tell me it's okay to just sit now.

I guess I could at least stuff the tip envelopes. And Mary was right, I make my own.

For the parks, I always make "Mousekeeping" envelopes. It's fun.

I am always having fun! You want to see more of me, sure!!

New game! Figure out where I am today!

Looks like a giant lego to me could this be lego land?

Vicki, keep reading.....Bear has already been to another location!

This is fun......Bear has had some great trips.

So, how many posts did I say we would get to?? 21,008? I have a feeling we'll surpass that.

T.O.P.!!

Unless one of my pirate: pals is hiding out there!!

Can't count worth a switch.

NOW??????

T.O.P. !!! Counted right that time!

And they wonder why I have so many posts. Because I am a lunatic.

I knew it. I can't just sit here. Especially since I am talking to myself.

Guess I'll go stuff the tip envelopes..............

Just got back from wine tasting. Added two more bottles of wine to my take. Need some for brunch and for lunch.

DW joined me at the neighbors tonight for some drinks and food. On the way back she admitted the laundry and chores have not been done for the weekend.

Her response, "My name is Sharon and I'm addicted to DIS".

How true!!! If we show up with dirty clothes and not packed it is because of this board. It's all your faults, but we will have wine and scuba gear!

Stacey, I think you are sitting. You're on the computer, right? I'm writing Ebay listings, checking the thread. Kevin is cooking. He also made a pitcher of Margaritas, since he decided not to the other night. This is the life. Well, except for the part about writing Ebay listings. That's like work. But I can't list any more after Tuesday, so the end is in sight!

Cooking mussels, Chiliean sea bass, and Group St. Jocque tonight. Have a special wine for those. Trying to get in the cruise mood.
