Jeri, we'll count you amongst the West coasters. Texas is in the middle, that's close enough.

That's what's known as a teaser. Kind of like the previews of movies.......

Guess it's down to the West coasters again. Unless Vicki is still up.

And Mary!

I'm still here just trying to finish reading the multiple pages that have been posted today. You all are posting almost as fast as I can read the past pages, Makes catching up difficult. :earboy2:

One thing you can't leave behind is a hat! The sun is much stronger down there than up here in the states.

Jeri- been meaining to tell you we are from Austin. Have you lived in Texas long??

I went to UT--Hook Em Horns!
Both mother and father family lines are long time Texans. I was the deviant that became a bit of gypsy before returning with Danish DH and DD in tow to Texas 3 yrs ago.

Austin is a great city. Even with all the traffic from the growth explosion.

Why, Bear...you look stunning!!!

Too doggone cute....glad your Mom and Dad decided to share you with us!!

Just don't let Lisa know about Bear.

Actually, Bear is like Kryptonite to Lisa. She turns all mushy when she sees Bear.

Speaking of cute, my DSIL, niece, and nephew brought our new cousin to visit today. A little Papillon puppy, 10 weeks old. Looked exactly like Gizmo from Gremlins. Now I want one, but Elvis wouldn't let us.

So Stacey - does Bear share that top with you since you were talking about him?

Well, I'm a Texan too, born and bred. Still have family members there, Dad went to UT. Sorry, but NM is close enough for me. We went to stepson's wedding in Houston in April a few years back, and the humidity was worse than FL in the summer!
