I'm still up for "chatting"....

I was seriously thinking of going to bed as soon as I pick Jordan back up...but I need a pick me up!

We're building a wall and then a gate in the front of the shop. Town Marshall shows up. Jay is gone, of course. Marshall asks for our building permit. I don't know if there even IS a permit. The Marshall politely informs me that after the second warning, they will take one of us to jail. Goodie. I don't think they even make soap on a rope anymore.
So, the block layer walks off the job. Great.

Then one of our tenants wants to "talk". He really really needs us to put a roof over his loading dock, so that he can expand his workshop. (Custom Cabinetry). When do you need this done, I ask? "Yesterday". Great.

Then I get a letter in the mail from the Arizona Dept of Revenue. Seems someone listed us as the prime contractor on a job that we only made two small window guards for. To the tune of maybe $200. Seems Dept of Revenue can't find our TPT number, or any proof of us having it at all. They want us to report earnings for whatever was built by us on this job, that we were not the contractor on. Seems someone doesn't want to pay the sales tax, or has no TPT number, so they decided to say we built the house. Great.

All I want to do is go on a cruise. I want to stay home and do laundry and pack. I don't want to deal with beaurocrats, and pseudo-beaurocrats.

Stacey sound like you had a difficult day. Hope the evening is better. Did you go to the BBQ? I haven't caught up with all of the posts.

Lisa seems to draw more attention than Stacey. It's Lisa that gets pulled onstage to perform lacivious acts.
