Well, maybe in my wildest dreams, but certainly not in my regular dreams!!!!

(what movie is THAT from?)

And no, I did not even consider I was starting something as tremendous or as special as this. Look around my house. Most of the stuff I start never gets finished!! And this is one thing that I hope never finishes!!!

Gus, I believe, asked a question I was thinking....
once our cruise is over, will we still be allowed to post on our thread?

They'll probably move it over to the community board, but there's a long standing thread there from the Oct 19th (I think 2002) cruisers, so we can keep it going there.

Jeri, go for it. It's only an hour a week (insert sarcastic smilie here!). Linda (seaulater) is also involved in Girl Scouts. She actually works at her local council.

I'm just imagining some of our spontaneous DIS meets on board. Let's see, we have:

1) Tae Kwon Do work outs on the sports deck
2) Book swaps by the pools
3) Those teen/pre-teen surveillance meets to check the status of those leg bands.
4) Morning walks (beginning with the 4:30 "meet the ship" walk)
5) Scouting talks
6) Diving talks (BTW, scuba family or Kevin, is one of you up to give some snorkling lessons for some non-experienced kids in the Goofy Pool on a sea day?)
7) Caroling
8) Drama talks (got to watch the video of Karen's DS as Christopher Robin:))

We are definitely going to be a famous (or is it infamous) group!

What did I miss???

Yikes, we only have 9 days to fit this all in

I found my CD!!!!

It's Disney's Music From the Park

It is various artists singing songs from the attractions.

The Pointer Sisters do a great Pirate's Life for me!

It was released in 1996. I knew it was old.
Thanks for those of you that looked for me.

Linda,
Its a great CD. They have it at Amazon for only $7.95
I don't know how to post a link or I would. Just do search for Disney's Music from the Park.

It has some really unique versions of favorite songs. Tim Curry does a terrific Davy Crockett!!

Yes, yes. We can't forget about the Family Talent Show!!!
I think I'm going to enter it...I'm going to show off my talent of posting on the DIS ;)

STOP You are not allowed to make me laugh :guilty: Laughing means pain and pain is not our friend. :charac2:

I will try to skip the posts that will make me laugh. which would be most of them.

Heck yeah!!

We can do that!! Snorkeling is fairly easy for most. A decent mask and snorkel can make a REAL difference in the comfort level, thus enjoyment of a snorkeling experience!! Those stupid rentals can be a nightmare!! Inhaling water is not the most fun one can have on the ocean.

Do we need a sign up list?????

Just one thought before I sign off...........

I know nobody wants to think about after our little vacation BUT......

Can we or has it been already done?????

After we all return back home to our computors are we allowed to continue this thread and keep posting?

Can we keep the LOVE?

:grouphug: :love1:

OK I'm signing off till tonight.

Gus

Gus, we did that with the January 31/04 cruisers - at that time, we were the most active thread on the board... In competition with this thread... We kept on going after the cruise and after a couple of months we were moved to the community thread... we still check in with each other periodically...

Can I put my DS on the list? I'll bring his mask/snorkle set. He couldn't figure out how to use it the last time, and refused to snorkle at Stingray City in Grand Cayman. We have a snorkle excursion set for St. Martin, and I'd like to do it at Castaway Cay too.

Thanks so much!

Oops, sorry, Vicki!! :(
This is a really sad post.
I had a dog once that died from a grand mal seizure. My uncle was murdered when I was in the 5th grade. I had to wear a hand me down prom dress. My brother and uncle were fighting over my Curious George doll and they ripped his arm off. I've got B- blood so I had to get Rhogam twice during both of my pregnancies. They thought Nick had Down's Syndrome. I have a fear that my house will burn down while I'm on vacation. We have had more psycho neighbors in our 13 yrs of marriage than you can imagine.
Sad enough for you??

Having the boat there waiting for you when you re-surface is a bonus too... We just watched "Open Waters" and I have to admit that I was more than a little freaked out...

:sad1: Still no documents. Maybe because they're working on our free upgrade! Yah, right.

Or having a good boat crew that actually can count divers in and out is a BIG PLUS!! This is another reason to bring a signal buoy along as well.

Lisa, I would be happy to work with him in the pool and get all squared away!
How old is DS?
