I finally get to sit for a few minutes. Once Jay got home we had dinner, then dishes, then had to get Jordan at dance....
But of course, I had to glance through the docs.
I think it is starting to feel "real" now!

We are all going to see eachother in 2 weeks...give or take...do you believe it??

I am, however, slightly disappointed that no one wants to sleep with me. I guess we won't be having that pajama party on my verandah then......

Yep...

One of my first computers, a Mac 512. That is a cooling fan I added after upgrading the cpu/memory as it kept overheating otherwise.. Still bring it out occaionally to play with the stuff on it, right along with my Amiga 2000.

That's fun, it looks like R2D2!

anyway...productive evening. I got two best buy gift cards wrapped and into a priority mail box. USPS won't let me print postage tonight though

Jeri, go for it. It's only an hour a week (insert sarcastic smilie here!). Linda (seaulater) is also involved in Girl Scouts. She actually works at her local council.

I'm just imagining some of our spontaneous DIS meets on board. Let's see, we have:

1) Tae Kwon Do work outs on the sports deck
2) Book swaps by the pools
3) Those teen/pre-teen surveillance meets to check the status of those leg bands.
4) Morning walks (beginning with the 4:30 "meet the ship" walk)
5) Scouting talks
6) Diving talks (BTW, scuba family or Kevin, is one of you up to give some snorkling lessons for some non-experienced kids in the Goofy Pool on a sea day?)
7) Caroling
8) Drama talks (got to watch the video of Karen's DS as Christopher Robin)

We are definitely going to be a famous (or is it infamous) group!

What did I miss???

Count us in the scouting group! DH and I were Girl Scout leaders for several years. Yes, HE was a girl scout leader. Has a girl scout card with his name on it to prove it. We had a Junior troup through 2 daughters (more than a couple of years ago ). Lots of fun and having DH with us got lots of dads involved. We had a super troup and took first place several times in our skills competition. Do they still have skills competition at the Jamborees?

Well, at least we're still going to have our vow renewal
