Things are moving a bit slow for a Saturday. I guess I might have to post all 11 of my previously required daily posts to keep us going.

I'm back--I was starving. I had to have my strawberry banana Cheerios. Love that stuff.

I bought my Christmas cards. I think I'll work on them this week.

I read that santa gives out presents to the kids. Does anyone know what ages this involves? Do teens get anything? Do us big kids get anything?

If I do my share in posting, maybe I'll become a veteran before the cruise.

I'm obviously not much of a talker. I signed on to the DIS boards in March of this year and I still only have forty-something posts.

Maybe this chatty group will get me talking.

It's a air filled dome that they have you swim into, take off your mask (wipe your face) and smile for the camera. They put that video shot on the DVD they sell. It also serves as a place to go and talk if you wanted, or just hang without the regulator and still stay underwater.

Kara - nothing new on the theme nights yet. Debbie was still out of the office so I guess I will try again on Monday.

Judy - we had a great football game here last night. Our team which was 8-0 played another team which was 7-1. Both teams are already headed to the playoffs but it was a matter of trying to stay unbeaten. This is how close it was. Teams are Cedar Falls(CF) & Cedar Rapids-Prairie(CRP)

1st quarter - CF 0 - CRP 14
2nd quater - CF 28 - CRP 14
3rd quater - CF 28 - CRP 28
4th quater - CF 28 - CRP 28
OT - CF had ball first and scored a touch down
CRP got the ball and did not score soooo...

CEDAR FALLS WON AND IS 9-0 YEA!!!

Both teams will start state playoffs this week and it's great for us because all State playoffs and State games are played in the UNI-Dome which is just up the street.

Kara - just to double check I called the Castaway Club this morning to see if they had anything on the theme nights. The lady told me it still says, "to be announced". So I guess they are still working on it. I will still try Debbie again on Monday.
