Good point, Paul....I hadn't thought about it that way. And I guess I like having the hoilday part in there, that makes it extra special. But you forgot the "Magic" part!

How's the telethon going? Haven't watched it...up until a little bit ago I've been working.

Off to get the last load of clothes out of the dryer and I am done for the day! Yippee!

I think we'll be hitting 10,000 well before the cruise. Maybe even by the end of this month at the rate we are going!

10 Days of Holiday Magic - yes it does sound better. I'm sure OM will change it the next time she's on. We've only had her change it about 5 times since she started a year ago

DS (Jason 21) is in town. He's serving in the US AirForce stationed at Mildenhall in England for the past year. It's been fun having him around for a few days. He got to join us at the WVU game - and we're going to go to Pittsburgh to see a Pirate game on Wednesday.....

Went to the State Fair today with DSIL and DN. Haven't been in years, but the kid gave me the poor pitiful face "we never go to the Fair". Now I remember, once again, why we never go to the fair. It's like being at WDW at the most crowded time of year, but with dust, heat, and no cool attractions, but there's lots of greasy food! They had fried cookie dough treats at our fair this year. Luckily, we didn't find them.

I'm fine with the new title, but it took me a minute to find our thread. We didn't really have to change the title though, we know who we are!

This is fun! I usually travel with my DM85 (is that correct for mom). Just got back from 6 nights on the Grandeur of the Seas. My first cruise out of Baltimore. Frances chased us around the Bahamas. Magic and Wonder are the best but RCCL has much to offer, especially leaving from my home town. As you can tell I do love Dobermans, I have 2. They are the reason I have a home rather than travel from one Disney location to another. I am excited about getting to know my cruising companions.

I'm with you on the name change. It works for me.

Well on our last day of labor day weekend, we cleaned the garage out (including defrosting the freezer!). Does this sound like a song? On the first day of labor day, my house brought to me.... 8 loads of laundry. On the 2nd day of labor day my house brought to me, major weed pulling and 8 loads of laundry!

Now that it's officially not summer, I'm going to think about packing away all those summer clothes. Right into the suitcases!

I'm still thinking about it. I know what kind of trouble TinksDad gets into on this board and I just don't want the same to happen to me. I enjoy causing the trouble, just don't want to get any back.

Hey TinksDad, did you buy those double tanks you were looking at?

Remember, we've been trapped in this house since Thursday, all together, 24/7, so we are starting to get a little punchy. I don't care if they have power at the office tomorrow, I'm going to work.

Right now it's, "Hey Mom and Dad, we don't have school tomorrow, Again. Don't wake us up when you leave."

There will be a list of chores for them to do. If I have to work, so do they!
