Happy Friday Everyone!

So did you all see the news on the main cruise page that pop will now be available for free at the deck 9 drnk station and at Topsiders! I think it will also be free on Castaway Cay.

There will still be a charge at the bars and from room service.

AAA is offering stateroom credits for those who booked through them to replace the free soda mugs they used to give.

I've pretty much given up drinking pop but others might find it a great deal.

Mary that is awesome news about the soda pop. DH loves soda Pop. He will be so thrilled. I drink it once in a while. DD has field day today and I am packing for her Brownie-Girl Scout Sleep away weekend tomorrow. They leave sharp at 6am and retrun on Sunday around 3pm. The trip is about 2 hours from here. They will be camping out east-East Hampton-L.I.
I will not be going this year as we have this large garage sale going on this weekend but a lot of the mothers that I am friendly with are going. I am still nervous about this but she really want to go overnight. I am sure they will have a great time. The weather is suppose to be beautiful all weekend long.
Monday the entire elementary school is going to the Hall of Science museum in Queens, NY. A lot of the moms in kindergarden and first grade are not letting there children go due to the whole class being in one place at the same time. They will be a lot of Mom's going and all the teachers, principal. DD would be so upset if I do not let her go. My close friends as well will be going on this trip. I am going to let her go. I can not worry about every little thing it will make me crazy. Anyway I just had to release that. Two more weeks of school!!!! Thanks for listening.

You all are so awesome at trivia. If they have trivia on the DC you all should team up. You all would win so fast and everyone would be so impressed as I am with all that you know and have remenbered.

Good Friday Morning Everyone!!

Okay, who took our sunshine? I guess I should not have bragged about the weather the other day. Yesterday and today have been cloudy and YUCKY!!!! At least it is still warm, but now it is so humid and sticky.

Just sent DD off to Driver's Ed(it's her driving day today). Thank goodness for the driver's ed teacher, he sure has more patience with her than I do. Trying to figure out what we are going to do the rest of the day. I will try to make it to chat tonight.

Morning all. I am just so excited about all the extra room I have picked up in my carry on luggage! Now all I need to bring is my own 64 oz. refillable mug for soda pop! YEAH. More money for excursions!

We are getting closer and closer! It's almost the middle of June already. I can't believe it.

OK I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes watching Mrs. Reagan at her husbands casket. I actually took today off so I could watch the funeral.

Way back in 1981 when I was home with a broken ankle I watched him sworn into office and watched him be shot. Just seems right to watch him put to rest.

Don't want to get into a political debate, just wanted to share part of my day.

Mary - I know what you mean. I am watching the service also and it is so sad and moving. She seems so lost without him sometimes. I am sure it is very hard on her. Ray Charles died yesterday also and "Good Morning America" showed a clip this morning when he sang "God Bless America" at either a convention or inauguration. It was wonderful and then they showed a picture Nancy, Ray, & Ronald and it was just a great picture. I told Brittany(oldest DD) she should watch the memorial on Wednesday and she actually sat there and watched the whole thing. She even told me she was crying in parts because it was so sad.

I'm the sentimental patriotic type.... so I watched the events on Wednesday while at work - took lunch so that I could watch the processional and the flyover.....

Definitely the end of an era....

I'm the sentimental patriotic type too. My boss knows why I took the day off but no one else does. I would be the laughing stock of the office. That's because I work with a group of young kids who think the only reason to take a day off is to go to the Cubs game.

The pagentry that goes on it wonderful. I watched Wednesday night as well.

I should be watching the service, but I am selfish....I don't want to turn on the TV and wake the kids up. They'd only want to switch it to SpongeBob anyway, and then I'd have to toss the TV in the canyon. Tough to do, since it's one of those big tall puppies.
Not only that, but I'm depressed enough as it is......hey, maybe a good cry would be just what the doctor ordered! WVMD?

ACK! I'm going to throw something at the TV!!!!! What a wonderful service for President Reagan...and then they show Bill and Hillary Clinton...SLEEPING! Ok, maybe Hillary just had her eyes closed in prayer, but Bill obviously couldn't keep his eyes open. Even had one opened in that sleepy-stupor look! (sigh) Twice they cut to them and showed that. I'm shaking my head in disgust. Ok, back to the regularly scheduled programming....

Where is the best place to find the value of different pins.

I know I have some that are limited editions.

I'm really more of a collector than a trader (but have traded from time to time). Just curious to see what my collection would be worth.
