Ok - pity party over I was really just kidding. Hey a year or two ago I didn't know how to do it. Mark had to show me. As for the newsletter - I can't tell you how proud that has made me. I've learned so much by doing it. Not to mention learning about all of you dear friends!

Gail - to answer your question of the other day. I don't know of any other cams to view the Magic on the Western. I do have a web address for the Eastern in St. Thomas on which you can often see the Magic.

Stacey - I really am proud of you for learning links.

Thought I would give everyone a heads up that I'll be offline Wednesday and part of Thursday. I'm going out ot town on business and while I'm taking DH's pda don't think I'll be able to log on.

Okay... Disney Trivia question of the day....

What two Disney characters share the SAME name??

Leslie......that one's too hard. Especially for a Monday! Lynda, help!!!!
The only thing I can think of are the two "Prince" characters, that had no other name. Snow White's Prince, and Cinderella's....except he was Prince Charming .
If you don't tell us tonight, Leslie, I won't be able to sleep!

Only thirty-some more to go guys! I doubt if it will be tonight.

Here's a question...if you're in a hotel that has a computer in the room....the Aladdin and the MGM do....how do you connect (like to here) and/or get your e-mail?? How do you do it if you have a lap-top? I've been thinking about getting one.

Happy Birthday Lynda! Great news about the dishwasher!

Gail - I'll say it - rain, rain go away! Brrrrrr......it's cold and raining cats and dogs (sorry Cash).....and the forecast 'aint good. More rain for at least 2 more days.

I have nothing against rain, it's just now that we're leaving/eating/breathing Tee Ball and baseball, it's a little hard to get those pesky practices in when it's RAINING ALL THE TIME!

Let's see.......if we break up our long posts (those of us with lengthy posts).......can we get to 5,000 before Mary has to be off line for a few days? How 'bout it Stace? Up for a challenge tonight?!?

Favorite Disney moment anyone?

Mine was/still is when we went to WDW the very first time with our then-4 yr. old DS. He was chosen by Merlin to pull the sword out of the stone (behind Cinderella's castle). Of course, he succeeded and Merlin put the royal cape on his shoulders, a crown on his head and gave him a special bronze medallion that said "Temporary Ruler of the Realm". Then he walked our DS around the "stage area" to music and the crowd all cheered and applauded.

The look on his face was - as the Master Card ads say - priceless. He wore that medallion everywhere we went.......showed it to anyone that even glanced his way and proudly exclaimed that Merlin had "put him in charge" of Disney World!

Sadly, he took it to show/tell at Kindergarten......left it in his cubbie and it disappeared by day's end. I wonder if WDW Guest Relations would ever come through with a replacement one?

Who else has a magical moment to share? Come on 5,000!

Cash has a vet appointment tomorrow morn. He was so pathetic this morning...came hobbling up to me with his foot stretched out....Mom, make it better...I worked it for a while and examined the pad for cuts...nothing... just a swollen ankle... I had to do some errands and couldn't go without him so off we went...carefully...

He stopped limping as the temp. warmed up and by late this afternoon the swelling was down...Darned if I know what happened...All the dogs are locked onto the patio at night so no chance for him to get hurt there....Another mystery...

Oh, sorry, Disney trivia is not my best .... I'm best at life sciences and language...


And no fingers on this dishwasher...

O.K. - a techie question......I can't figure out how to get the time on my posts to reflect EST.......not GMT. Is there some place I go to change the posting "clock"?

My own computer clock is correct - just my posts are coming up GMT (at least when I look at them - they say GMT).

And yes, I am technologically-challenged.
