When it comes to accommodation, it is a tough decision. I would like to stay in the heart of it all but I don't want to pay over 200.00 US a night, with the exchange that would cost us well over 300. So I am going to keep watching and look into each place more carefully, watch for deals etc. This is a first time visit so it can be a fact finding mission and by the sounds of it I am just going to love it and want to come back so when we come back I will have more knowledge. LOL
The reason we chose the western is for the dolphins as well. We have been to St. Thomas before on a NCL cruise in 97 and loved St. Thomas but when I saw that the kids would have the chance to touch the dolphins we changed the date and location of our cruise.
I looked into the company as well rather than the excursion but dd is too young so we will do the excursion and I am sure it will be exciting. I will look forward to hearing how the full meal deal was.
