It might be because it's a challenge, much like Max. I'll take all the points I can get! Blink points add up pretty fast; I have enough for a $5 certificate, but want to wait a week or two more for the $10 certificate.

Where do the 20 pointers usually show up? I have checked every time someone posts about these, but have never found them. Am I just checking after they are gone or am I not looking in the right place?

I had the same problem for a long time. I never could find them. I just checked and they are gone now.

They are on the Rewards page at the very bottom. I know something is new when below the underlined website are smaller words.
