Now here's my question. When she called & set up the reservation, it didn't give her a discounted rate... she booked 2 rooms at club level in the contemp. After we re-read this, we started thinking that maybe it is only good for Value resorts. :confused3 Anyone else have an idea? She did change her res. to the code for the kids dine & play for free, but this one would save her more $$ because she has 2 rooms, and only 2 kids going (2nd room is her parents).

got that same offer last year after we requested a video, those are the slower times i believe so they try and fill those weeks inbetween sepcial events and such.
We went december last year on a weekend that wasnt offered and there was something big(cheerleading comp. going on) and the all stars were jammed.

spent one noght there before we got changed to pop for rest of trip

So you used yours for the value? She was hoping to use it on a deluxe.

If I'm reading this correctly, yes, I would read it as a Value room discount, however, Disney is usually pretty good about offering discounts in higher level rooms too, so it does seem odd, unless there is an extreme low level of bookings, which I think would be odd too.

thanks. I'm going to see if my friend can get a faxed copy of the card over to Disney, and have them look at it. The 20% would save them more than the kids for free code they are booking with now.

It's likely the discount isn't available for club level at the Contemporary. There are not a lot of rooms in that category so Disney wouldn't necessarily need to offer those rooms at a discounted rate.

This is very much a possibility too. Most discounts do not apply to Suites and often Club Level rooms.
