20% off with Disney Visa card at Joffreys locations

Our trip is coming up and I was looking at the restaurant discounts for our Disney Visa. It showed 20% at Joffrey's. Are there at locations/items not included (my DH has his eye on the big pink donut since he wont be getting his Universal fix this trip..lol) ? Do we have to pay with our Visa to receive the discount or can we show the Visa and pay with gift card?

From my experience, the only thing excluded is alcohol. All food and drinks should be discounted. I don't know 100%, but I think you could use a gift card to pay. Since cashiers never really handle your card anymore, it'd be easy just to use a gift card instead. In fact, at least in my experience, most cashiers don't even check if you have a visa/AP discount, you just tell them.

Wow. That is not my experience at all. I'm impressed that they actually do check my AP as much as they do. Just different experiences, I guess.
