20% off coupon

When we usually go to WDW in December, when you purchase food in the parks, you receive a 20% off coupon at the bottom of the receipt that can be used at certain stores at each park or DTD before noon. Does anyone know if this is offered at other times of the year? We are going in two weeks and I don't want to make my purchases before we go to the parks if this is available.

I've gone in March, April, September, and November/December. This past November/December was the first time I ever saw the coupon. I've had friends go in May, August and October and they haven't seen it during those months.

We were there in December 2010 and saw them. But, we were there in September 2012 with no coupons. Maybe it is to help with shopping during the Holiday season?

We were also down at the end of November/beginning of December and they had the coupons then, but when we were down in January- nothing
ETA: it might have been on the September trip, not the Nov-Dec one now that I think of it....or maybe both. It definitely wasn't around in January for us though.
