20/20 The Bachelor

I watched the whole thing... and yes I have a TON of respect for Brad now. I was one of those haters that thought Brad was the WORST Bach ever and that he was such a jerk. However, the interview last night just showed that he did the honorable thing in not choosing either woman. He just didn't love either of them.

It was interesting to hear that Producer speak though. He had no remorse for the Melissa/Jason After the Final Rose ceremony debacle. I still feel as though that show owes her an apology and that is why ABC is hooking her up with all these gigs. She got rolled. I am so sad she didn't get the Dancing with the Stars hosting position.

Overall is was a very *Juicy* show full of interesting facts we did not know!

I was really shocked she didn't get it after she announced the new cast. She would have been a great choice

Love Stephanie! I would LOVED her as the Bachelorette over that Jillian..

She fixed her makeup and doesn't look as extreme as she did during the show. I don't doubt she'll be okay, what an awesome lady!

Totally!!! I am not a fan of Jillian at all, but I loved Stephanie.

I am still watching the show (was it 2 hours on TV?) but I just finished the segment on Byron and Mary - yikes! They are volatile and I can't believe how bad Byron looks now.

I really enjoyed the behind the scenes look too. I liked Brad even when he didn't choose either girl. And I like him even more now that he explained himself, how awful that he developed anxiety issues because everyone hated him!

Loved seeing all the past bachelors/bachlorettes.

Andrew Firestone was always a fav of mine and he looks really happy now.

Meredith did look fabulous and she was so funny!

I didn't get why Bob was such a casanova though. Sure he's funny but come on, he was like a teenage boy hitting puberty on his season. All I could think was, ewww germs! He kissed pretty much every girl there!

Deanna still looks like her elevator doesn't go all the way to the top but I thought it was cool she told Brad she understood his decision now. Ya, I'm sure Jesse was thrilled to hear that she shouldn't have picked anyone. Nice!

Melissa was interesting, especially when she said she wouldn't have given Jason another look if she saw him on the street! I didn't realize she only went on the show to get over her boyfriend, you know, the one who she just married. I was relieved that she knew hers and Jason's relationship was over so she didn't get dumped on tv.

Trista and Ryan are sweet together, it was obvious when she was the bachelorette that they were totally smitten with each other. Finally, a success story!

Ok, was I the only one lauging hysterically when the prince bachelor was on QVC selling dog grooming products!!!

Byron and Mary was just plain sad and bizarre. She said even after everything that's happened, she still wishes she married him? Maybe she can beat him into loving her or something.

Mike Fleiss gave me the heebie jeebies! I got the dirty old man vibe from him, yuck! He certainly was straight forward about the show though and doesn't seem to have any regrets or feel badly when these people's lives fall apart.

I wish they'd said what happened with the couple where the guy (I can't even remember who) picked Lorenzo Lamas's daughter- "Monkey", he called her. I thought that one was rather strange.

For those of you who like Andrew Firestone, my boss's daughter is Andrew's wife's best friend. She was also the maid of honor at their wedding. My boss brought in a bunch of photos from their wedding and it was GORGEOUS! They are very happy together and his wife is very sweet (from what I hear, never met her myself though!)

If you have the show on DVR, my boss's daughter is the girl with the blonde bob in the wedding photo they showed.

The show was Leave it to the Lamas and it was horrid! She mentioned the Bachelor for about a second and mentioned how it did not work out.

That is really neat. They both seem like really nice people

They said that Ali season will start in May. So I guess they are almost done filming it. I'm sure it takes a good long while to edited all that footage down.
