Some suggestions on when i should make some plans or at least start the process. Reading these boards makes me terrified that i am not going to fit everything in or miss something that i shouldnt. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

First, welcome....and Relax!!!!
It's not as bad as it sounds.
Keep reading these boards. Check out the info on allearsnet.com and mousesaver.com.
I used Small World Vacations via mousesaver.com this year. They saved us a lot of money and keep on looking for codes, specials, any way possible to save you money. They also made our priority seatings for us. Saves a lot of time and makes life easier. And it's FREE!!!!!!
Check them out at WDWVacations.com or mousesver.com.

The first thing you need to do is decide when to go and where to stay. Take care of this first and then proceed.

It is absolutely impossible to see and do everything at Walt Disney World. This is why we all return as many times as we can!!!!!

It depends on when you are going. If it is a less busy time of the year we have been able to get a PS at any restaurant 24 hours in advance and frequently less. As far as planning the board and the UNofficial Guide to WDW would be my recomendations. My biggest suggestion is not to over-plan. WDW is a magical place so letting whimsy get involved is the best. We plan which park we are going to start the day at (usually dictated by ee) and go with the flow from there.
