2 weeks to go an BIL cancels!!!

my DSis just told me her hubby isn't coming to Disney with us! NOw what?? We have three rooms booked room only so I can cancel one room and DSis is going to stay with us. He was the 8th person so now does that mess up my PS? Should I call the limo people?? I don't think that will matter as it is a round trip charge and not per person. OH and now we have an extra MVMCP ticket too! OH and i have to call the airline since all the tickets were on my charge! Wait till i see him! Am I missing anything else?? You guys have always helped me in the past so I came right to you! Thanks for your help.

Check with the limo people just in case they're buffing out the stretch for you. Don't worry about the PS--seven will still take a big table.

Finally, don't get too worked up about it. If the BIL didn't want to go, you're better off without him. Nothing messes up a vacation faster than a person in your party who doesn't want to be there. He's doing you a favor.

I wouldn't attempt to change anything! You risk things getting messed up the more times you call. The limo will only charge per person, the PS's only charge for what you eat and you can tell the airlines when you get there for your flight, since the ticket is probably non refundable anyway. As long as you tell them prior to the flight the ticket can be applied to another flight later, (only for the traveller). Why not keep the third room for the extra space with 7 people?

ok i've had time to think and i'm not so paniced now. My BIL wants to come but he can't because of his dad's health. So he is forgiven but all the kids are going to miss him. I'm going to call the airline this am and just let the limo people know it will only be 7 and cancel one room. We stayed 7 in 2 rooms last time and it was fine so I think we'll be ok. Thanks for your help!
