Well, induction was over on Saturday, but I'm going stay with it for awhile longer.
But, after the first 2 weeks I've lost.................8 pounds!!! I've also lost at least one clothing size! I didn't measure b/c clothing size it more important to me, so I'm pumped.
This last week was TOM and I think I've got a cyst...so I didn't exercise as much as I had been since I felt so yucky. I'm sure all of that had an effect on my loss of only 1 pound the 2nd week.
Since DH is in Guatemala this week, I thought he'd stray off Atkins b/c of the tortillas, rice and beans, tamales, etc. (He's from El Salvador so this almost like going home to comfort foods!) Anyway, he called last night (trip is going really well!) and the booger hasn't cheated yet!! That means I'd better buckle down this week so that I have something to show for myself when he gets home and has lost 10 pounds!!!
