2 TS meals....

So we are looking at a trip with free dining without kids. So, we are thinking about the 2 TS's. How does that work? We were looking at the restaurant menus on allearsnet and wanted to know, do you only get an appetizer, entree and dessert or do you get the soup/salad course too. What about sushi at California Grill?

The requirements are the same for 2 TS restaurants: appetizer, entree, dessert. I do remember reading that that sushi at California Grill cannot be ordered for your appetizer on the plan, but check the archives about that to be sure.
