Okay, question #1: I'm looking for a verse/poem/quote to put on the front of our wedding invitations. I already have one picked out for the ceremony program, and I don't want to use the same one. Here it is, just so you get an idea of my taste:

Such a sky and such a sun
I never knew (and neither did you)
And everybody never breathed quite so many kinds of yes

It's from a poem by ee cummings (one of my favorites). I've tossed around using: "ever just the same/ever a surprise/ever as before/ever just as sure as the sun will rise", but is that Disney overkill? (although you guys love Disney as much as I do, so :rotfl: )

Question #2: my fiance and I would like to go to WDW for our honeymoon, but because of work schedules we can't get enough time off after the wedding to take it then. My parents surprised us with a New Year's trip to WDW for our birthdays. Would it be awful if we wore the bride and groom ears then, since we won't be able to after the wedding? Is that cheating? I'd really like to celebrate our marriage "Disney-style" but I don't want to if it's wrong to do it *before* the wedding :confused3 .

Now, the cute story!!!!

The mail room just called up to my office and told me my fiance sent me flowers!!!! I get to pick them up in ten minutes when I go on lunch.

He also, apparently, just joined the Dis(fencermcnally)!? I think I've gotten him hooked, you guys....

Beauty and the Beast, definately not overkill

AND i think you should wear the ears, after all you are getting married, and since you cannot do it afterward I say go for it!! And not only that go ahead and go to guest services at any of the parks to get your honeymoon pins. GO ALL OUT this is your time to enjoy everything that a wedding has to offer, fun preplanning and TRIPS included. Enjoy everyday of planning and your engagement!!!

Dont you just love getting flowers, how sweet!! :cloud9:

Go for it, wear the ears!! :earsgirl: Just have an answer prepared when someone asks you when you got married.. that'd be funny if you said "yesterday" at the same time your fiance said "last week" or something :rotfl:

Love the poem!! And you can never have too much Disney, but youre right, look who you are asking lol!

And awwwww.. I love getting flowers!! :goodvibes

:goodvibes Thanks you guys--we can't wait to get down there!

My fiance had the thought of putting some quotes from our favorite movie, The Princess Bride, on the invitations...so I'll let you know what we end up choosing.
