no....a trolley, but not a tour (and yes, we lost power one Thanksgiving with the turkey in the oven.....all electric house)

No. (yikes on cooking Thanksgiving dinner with the power out!)

HYE been snowed in with a houseful of relatives overnight?

Yes! I skipped a hotel night when I went to Canada for American Thanksgiving a few years ago. It was the day before. And on Thanksgiving day I made the rarest move of visiting a shopping mall on Thanksgiving day since it was just a normal day in Canada! Full of snow all around.

December 19, 1981.. Phoenix bus station... calling my mother what time the trailways bus would arrive at Indio California diner... not knowing there was a hour difference.... spent the night in that diner till another bus came and dropped me off at the terminal downtown...Mom was an hour away and had to work... I was a big boy and could take care of myself...after all just finished 4 weeks of basic training
