No, none of the near HH category (bldg 11 to 14 and 23 to 26) have the 2nd entrance to the bathroom, the closest to HH with the 2nd bathroom entrance would be the 60s buildings, which are also the only buildings with elevators.

We decided on the 1 bedroom at OKW. We have a room near hospitality house. Are those numbered 30 and up?

I think you made the right choice. The one bedroom villa is very large and the boat to DTD is a plus. Enjoy your trip.

We have a handicapped accessible room booked near hospitality house so I guess we wont have the 2 door access to bathroom. How far is building 60 to Hospitality HOuse?

Here is a map of the resort, Bldgs 62, 63 and 64 are just across the the main entrance road from Hospitality. However, having an accessible modified unit near HH may make it difficult to change, but you can try. For your reference, all Accessible units at OKW (with the exception of the 60s bldgs) are located on the ground floor, as there are no elevators. If you change from Near HH to the general category, there is no guarantee you will be in the 60s, but there is a slight chance, even with near HH that ou maybe placed ina 60s bldg, as they are often used as HH overflow if a HH unit goes out of service. You can ask at check-in and see if one is available to you. The reason for the 60s buildings having elevators, is they were built after the rest of the resort on the site of the original DVC Sales Center (Commodore House), and ADA requirements changed since the rest of the resort had been built.

Usually, unless they are running a modified route for some reason, like road construction of something. The usual order is Peninsular Road, South Point, Turtle Pond, Miller's Road and the last is Hospitality.
