2 spectros-where does each start?

Quick question-On nights when there are two shows on spectromagic, where does the first parade start and finish and where does the second parade start and finish?

They both start at Town Square and end at Splash Mountain.

I thought the first parade started at one end and the second started at the other end-I just can't remember which end for whcih parade.
