2 Snacks on the New Dining Plan

I did a search, but too much popped up to narrow down the options and Disney's website is (as usual) virtually useless. With the new Dining Plan that just started today, I know we get an additional snack - and this is in place of no included dessert, right? Can a snack credit be used for dessert if we choose?

It is only the QS meals that no longer include a dessert, and yes, you can use one of your snack credits to get a dessert with your QS meal if you so choose. Dessert is still included with your TS meals.

You can also replace your drink with any item that is considered a snack.
