2 sets of tickets - bridge to AP

Calling WDW vets...

I have 2 unused tickets. One is 3 Day base that is part of a package, and the other is is 10-Day PH+WP&M. Can I use both to upgrade to an AP?

Someone else with more knowledge will check in, but I'm almost certain you can't upgrade two tickets into one ticket.

Tickets can only be upgraded on a 1 to 1 basis.

The only time it is possible to combine tickets is if you have a regular MYW theme park ticket -and- a ONE-DAY Water Park ticket…
You can combine the value of those two tickets into an upgrade to a MYW ticket with the Water Park Fun and More option.
(Very rare when that comes up.)
