2 sets of cast member pins!

I have two sets of cast member pins from the early 90's.

The first is the Beauty and the Beast Film Premiere Cast Set which were sold exclusively at Disneyland's Company D. I have all 7 pins and are still in the original case. They have never been removed.
Pins in the set are: (#13146), (#27053), (#27054), (#27055), (#35128), (#35129) and (#40678).

The second set I can't find anywhere. It's a five pin set and are attached to a representation of page 4 and 5 of the first souvenir guidebook "A Complete Guide to Disneyland". The map was a limited edition of 25,000 and I'm not sure about the pins that are attached t it. It says "35 years of magic" and there is a pin for adventureland with Donald, Frontierland with Goofy, Fantasyland with Minnie, Tomorrowland with Pluto and Main Street with Micky.

Anyone know what these sets are worth?

I know I have seen the B&B pins going for $20 to $35 a piece but I have never seen a complete set.

As far as the other goes... I have never seen any of these pins.
