I booked our flights for our jan trip a few months ago. I used my points for a "free" trip Dh didn't have enough points so we paid cash for his so 2 ressies. Also have EBCI so my question is how do they check us in Since DH paid cash could his # be better then mine. Is there a good chance of getting # together. We never had 2 separate teddies before so just curious how this could work out. Thanks all

Theoretically, if you booked both EBCI (regardless of payment method), one right after the other, your check-ins should be queued close together.

If you're in the same boarding group A1-30, A31-60, etc, board together with the latter grouping.

If you're separated A31-60 and B1-30, you may either board together on the latter group or board separately and hope for the best.

HTH, Steve

It does not matter how they were bought as to what number you get. I have bought tickets together and got numbers that were late A and middle B. I do better just to check us in rather than EBCI we always get between 2-3 numbers apart.

In the summer I purchased EBCI out of PVD, six people all on the same itinerary and we were separated. Three people had A58-A60 and the other three had B1-B3. We all boarded with the A's since family boarding is between the A's and B's. I asked first and that's what the gate agents told me to do. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Thanks for the great replies. I'm not really too worried about getting seats together since it's just should and myself but I like to know sort of what to expect. Happy thanksgiving
