Can I book my friends room with my AP discount? I can leave her room under my name and let her pay me the cash, or use her credit card to book the room in my name if that works. My husband also has an AP, can I just book it under his name if I have to? Thanks! I hope this made sense.

We had the same situation for my sister's room in June. She had the reservation in her name and they never asked to see the card. Also, at that time all we had was the paper ticket, we had not been to the park yet to get our cards made, so even if they had asked we could have shown the AP paper ticket.

You should not have a problem. Worst case, pretend that your husband is staying in that room, use her credit card to pay for it.
But I doubt they will even ask.

I am in the same situation too. My husband and I both have AP's and wanted to book a room for my sister. The lady at reservations said she would have to list my husband as being in one room and me in the other, but that it didn't matter that we wouldn't actually be staying in that configuration. I think that this is not an uncommon situation and they don't care as long as there is one AP holder per room.

In the same situation, we have been told there must be one AP per room. I would just book one under your name and one under your husbands. There will be NO problems then.

We did this very same thing when traveling to RPR with friends. One room was in my name, the other was in DH's name. Our friends are not AP holders. I reserved my room with our CC and DH's room with our friend's CC number. At check-in, our friends gave their CC for their room and DH's name was switched over to my room. I got the impression this is commonly dealt with there.

We just stayed at PBH this past May, using one AP for two rooms. We had no problems at all. However, both rooms were booked in my name as I am the AP holder.
