1. Can we make reservations at Rose and Crown just for appetizers and dessert around 8:00 in hopes of sitting outside for Illuminations?

2. Is Illuminations always at 9:00 even in summer?

You can make your reservation and then when you are there order anything you want!!! Of course you are not guarnteed a seat outside. They will tell you this when you make your PS. I think illuminations is always at 9. Hope this helps.
