2 questions

1st question - Working in the hospitality industry, most major hotels offer a laundry service. I was just wondering if the ships offered this and has anyone taken advantage of it? If they do is it pricey? I know they have laundry rooms.

2nd question - on the seven day what is the preferred dining rotation and if you did Palo's what night did you do it.

On my last cruise I had my tux dry cleaned on the ship. It only cost $7 which is not much more than at my dry cleaners at home.

I also "snatched" a copy of the dry cleaning list. Here is a summary.

Pants $4.25
Jackets $4.50
2 piece suit $7.00
Shirts $3.50
Ties $2.00
Evening Dress $8.00
Skirt $4.50
Blouses $4.00

They also have laundry prices

Shirts $3.00
Pants $3.50
Short Pans $2.50

There is a "pressing only" service at 50% of dry cleaning cost.

Regular Service is next day by 5 pm
Same day service add 50% of dry cleaning (picked up before 9am and returned by 5 PM)
Express Service add 100% of dry cleaning (call for pickup, returned in 3 hours)

where P is Parrot Cay, L is Lumières, and A is Animators' Palate.

As for which rotation you would get, by default, according to EntropyM's "<a href="http://hometown.aol.com/entropym/pages/">Magical Disney Cruise Guide</a>":

All that being said, the general consensus among experienced cruisers is the preference for rotation should be:

1st choice: PLAPLAP
2nd choice: LAPLAPL
3rd choice: APLAPLA

Although there are seven dinners on the seven-night cruise, you get each restaurant's menu only once. For Animators' Palate, that means you get the light show only once. These nights are Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday. Sunday and Thursday are formal nights with the same menu in all three restaurants. Tuesday is Tropical Night with the same menu in all three restaurants. Friday is their "It's a Small World" night with the same menu served in all three restaurants.

And opinions vary, but the majority opinion seems to be that the night you have Parrot Cay for it's rotation dining menu is the best night for going to Palo.
