2 questions to save me a long hold time

Hi all,


I'm guessing someone here could answer my questions and save me a long hold time with CS. I tried calling earlier and gave up after 30 minutes...

1. I did my ME reservation for our arrival online. I am arriving with our 2 kids 2 days before DH, so I put both flights in with our names - but it never let me indicate when our kids are arriving. Do I need to put in sewerage requests under their names?

2. Am I able to pay for the meal plan with gift cards?

Not sure about ME, but you can pay your meal plan with gift cards.

I can't answer the first.

As for the DDP, it has to be part of your package and paid in full before you get there. You can't add it once you're there.

Here is some info from the FAQ

Members of my party are flying to Orlando on several flights arriving at different times. Can we use Magical Express?

Yes. Make sure their names are on your room reservation and that you give ME their flight information. There’s no need for you to travel all together. Each person can take a bus independently upon arrival.

1. All that needs to be true is that you arrive during your reservation. ie on or after your check-in date, and on or before your check-out date. AND everyone listed on your reservation.

It's simpler if everyone has a copy of the barcode or a Magic Band, and when someone checks-in at DME they only check-off those of you that are actually there ready to board DME.

If everyone doesn't have yellow DME Bag Tags to tag their checked bags, they will either need to go claim their bags and bring them on the Bus with them or take their claim cheques to the DME counter and let them go get them.

All the other information is just for Mears/Bags Inc planning and has nothing to do with your transportation.

Great, thank you so much! I was concerned they wouldn't allow DS's on the bus with me if I didn't specify which flight they were arriving on!

Thank everyone! I know we need to pay for the meal plan in advance, we just have some extra gift cards and I figured it would help pay for the meals!
